This newly restored 1820s cape home, just two miles from Camden Hills State Park, provides the perfect balance of charm and modern convenience. The house has many of its original features such as chestnut floors, plank doors, and hardware. Camden, Maine is rich in water features, with the ocean, lakes, and a river. Rocinante is on the river side of town. On a quiet night, you may even be able to hear the nearby falls. This charming vacation rental house is conveniently located two blocks from the center of town and the harbor, one block from restaurants and shops, and a few blocks to the bountiful Camden Farmer’s Market on Saturday mornings and Wednesday evenings.

THINGS TO KNOW
The stairs are steep. Please exercise caution when using the stairs. There is a bedroom on the first floor.
This home requires a seven-night minimum stay.
This home does not have AC.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
