Minutes to it all! BBQ and entertain on the large deck, your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Fenced back yard. Family and pet friendly.
5 mins to Wheeling Park, 10 mins to Oglebay Resort, 10 mins to The Highlands including Cabela's, 2 mins to I-70 and 5 Mins to WVU/Wheeling Hospital.
Comfortable place for 6 with accommodations up to 7.
Note: Bunk bed pictured has been replaced with a single twin bed. Air mattresses are available in the basement for guest to use with extra linens located in the cedar chest.

The house was decorated for Christmas. Every room had a Christmas theme to it. This kind of home feeling makes you want to return to this property.

Whiskey Myers Concert

Such a cute little getaway by the creek. One of our favorite parts of the stay was the deer that would cross the creek and come into the yard. They came close to us, but not too close. We are able to feed them carrots.

オーナー : Heather McBride

We are a mother/daughter team bringing you this vacation rental. Though not new to rentals, this is our first short term vacation rental property. The home is Susan's vacation home being rented when not in use. She lives in the Seattle, Washington area. Heather lives in Valley Grove, WV with her husband and kids and will be the main point of contact.

Family and pet friendly. Flexible sleeping accommodations. Great use of space to allow for a large family, yet not feel crammed into the space. Lots of off street parking. Creek frontage. The yard has been partially fenced in for the safety of our smaller guests and pets. Other items have been included such as pack n plays, a high chair, baby gate and infant/toddler chair. I want families to feel comfortable.

The creekfront allows for lots of wildlife to visit. You will likely see deer, geese and ducks.
This home was built in the 1930's and an addition built off the back of the home. It provides the charm of an older home.
