Welcome to an apartment with an excellent location in Del Valle neighborhood. The location is awsome. You are about 10 minutes walking distance from 3 different stations of the public transportation.
The apartment is newly remodeled and has 4 rooms: 3 for rent separately and I live in the other.
You will share the common areas with the other guests and me: kitchen, dining and living room.
There is traffic jam and noise in the mornings of the labor days.
The building and the apartment have surveillance cameras for everybody's safety.

The location is excellent because is a very safe area to walk around. You will find the neighborhood full of live.
The public transportation is in walking distance so you can move fast within the city.
For your safety and all persons sleeping in the apartment, I have surveillance cameras in common areas, and the building has them as well in ground floor
