AUFH is a brand new townhome overlooking the Auburn University Delta Flight School - hence the name Auburn Flight House. It has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and sleeps up to 10 people.

Walk into an open floor plan with the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stovetop, dishwasher, utensils, dishes, pots/pans, coffee makers, and a huge kitchen island with four barstools. The dining room table seats 8 people and there are extra stools that can be pulled up if needed. The living room features a reclining sofa, two chairs, and a 75 inch TV perfect for game-days or watching your favorite show/movie! The main level also includes a half bathroom and washer and dryer. Down the hall is the master king bedroom (grey accent room) equipped with a 65 inch TV and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower and full vanity.

Just outside the back door you can find a covered porch with chairs to enjoy the day/evening as well as a char-broil grill.

The second floor landing includes another living space equipped with a queen sleeper sofa and a 75 inch TV. You will also find a second master king bedroom (black accent room) equipped with a 65 inch TV and an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo and vanity. Down the hall is another king bedroom (tan accent room) with a 65 inch TV as well as a queen bedroom (blue accent room) with a 50 inch TV. These rooms share a detached bathroom right across the hallway with a shower/tub combo and vanity.

All TVs are smart TVs where you can access your own accounts such as Netflix, Hulu, HBO, etc. Youtube TV is provided.

The house has a one car garage. Extra parking is available in the driveway and can fit up to 3 cars. *Please do not park in the striped spaces next to the house as they are designated for the building across the street and you may be at risk for having your vehicle towed.*

*The house has multiple security features including security cameras outside, smoke detectors, and carbon monoxide detectors.*
