I am an entrepreneur, clinical research expert, and real estate investor. I grew up in the Palm Springs, CA area and currently live 50% in Gig Harbor, WA and 50% in Orange County, CA. As a real estate investor, we move around quite a bit lol.

Orange County is my favorite place on earth because it is a beautiful very well thought out city with amazing beaches, super clean streets, beautiful views, amazing weather, fantastic food, and some of the best shopping in CA. This property sits in the suburbs just 15 min outside of Irvine. So you get to be near the city and all it has to offer without all the traffic noise. It’s also just under 20 min away from Crystal Cove beach, a wild life reserve that offers amazing views and great hiking spots. Additionally, this condo has a great view of the park and is very serene.

The HOA has some great amenities including a brand new gym, a massive pool, a jaccuzzi, tennis courts, basketball courts, playgrounds for kids, soccer fields, and great trails for a walk/run. Additionally, the condo has an attached 1 car garage with additionally free parking in the community directly in front of the condo.
