Escape to a couples retreat at Walden on Lake Conroe, where serene golf course views meet comfort. This ground-floor gem, close to Margaritaville, offers relaxation by the pool/jacuzzi and endless golfing for club members. It’s a perfect spot for romantic getaways or tranquil retreats, complete with outdoor smoking area. Bring your dog and enjoy this picturesque setting, where every day feels like a peaceful vacation.
The space
This cozy and inviting first-floor unit spans 680 sq. ft. and offers a delightful 1 bedroom, 1 bath layout, complete with a back porch to relish the picturesque views of the golf course. The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed and a Smart flat-screen TV for your entertainment. In the living room, you'll find a plush queen-size sofa and another Smart TV.
While the kitchen is compact, it is equipped with essential cooking supplies to prepare your meals. You can dine at the kitchen counter table, accommodating up to 3 guests, or enjoy an outdoor seating area on the patio with a table for four. Surrounded by majestic trees and the lush greenery of the Walden Golf Course, you'll truly feel immersed in a forest-like ambiance.
It's essential to note that this is a compact space, and occasionally, odors and increased humidity levels may penetrate through the walls, potentially resulting in a residual smoke smell. To mitigate this, I've equipped the space with two air purifiers, and you can enhance ventilation by briefly opening the back sliding door for a few minutes.
I kindly ask you to consider this aspect, including humidity levels, before finalizing your booking. My goal is to ensure that my place suits your needs perfectly. Please be aware that if you proceed with the booking, refunds will not be issued once you've checked in.
Pets/fury friends are not allowed.
Outdoor smoking/vaping only.
Unauthorized pets and indoor smoking will assess an additional fee of $250.
For your protection, there is a ring camera at the front door.

We enjoy being this close to Lake Conroe. You can fish, boat, or swim in the community pool. We love seeing the wildlife walking around the neighborhood. Be careful not to get too close to the deer. They look friendly, but...

This home is near the Walden Golf Course, boat launch, and community pool. So many things to do for a family or adulting. You can go and enjoy the outdoors including Sam Houston National Forest or stay in and enjoy some fun competitive games in the game room billiards or foosball.
