Come home to a roomy 3000 square foot sanctuary with 6 comfortable rooms that are ideal for your family. Take advantage of the cool breezes and peaceful moments in the screened sunroom with a cup of tea or coffee (best in the fall and winter for a distinctive view of the Uptown skyline). Two families would love our house because it has two master bedrooms with king beds and en suite baths.

Couldn’t even stay the night.

Do NOT recommend! The series of events that happened while staying here was extremely unacceptable. We first didn't get any information on our stay until 4:01pm day of check in. Not even an address! And the information I finally received was solely the address and the passcode to get in- that's it. No confirmation email or anything. Finally arrive and the cleaning staff is pulled up to the house (2 hours past check in) going into the house to bring more toilet paper. It was an extremely uncomfortable situation. We get into the house and the house is extremely hot. Next, a terrorizing alarm starts to go off. I am scrambling around the house trying to figure out where it is coming from only picturing the cops to arrive and question why I am in a house that I have no proof I am supposed to be at. After many many frantic runs around the house I realized it was coming from a random noise detector. Luckily I was able to turn it off. I'm not sure why you would have a noise detector in a rental house? There were only 2 of us in the house, barely talking. We had no instructions on how to lock the house so that was frustrating as our uber driver angrily was waiting for me to figure that out. Last but not least, there was DOG POOP on the master bathroom floor! Absolutely disgusting! Needless to say no one stayed the night. Oh, and no checkout instructions but I guess that never mattered to begin with.

Disappointed on so many levels

We arrived at 4pm to a house that was not cleaned. It was disgusting. Looked like a party had happened. Water was turned off. Toilets not flushed. We would have liked a refund to go somewhere else but the owner wouldn’t do it. Instead they got 2 cleaners. We had to wait until 8.30 pm to move in, which ruined our first day in Charlotte. Even after cleaning the house still wasn’t great. Vents are disgustingly black, dishwasher was smelling and not working right. Found dirty underwear in the bedroom. Toilet wouldn’t stop running. The queen beds are actually double beds. Heat wasn’t working right. Had one roll of toilet paper for 10 ladies the first night. No hot water waking up the first morning, so no one could shower. We were promised a refund for the first day but that did not happen, even after checking in multiple times. I would not stay there again.!!!
