This neighborhood is quiet and charming with many trees on the street. You will likely see people walking their dogs on the sidewalk, it's family friendly. The house is 1 mile to beautiful City Park/Denver Zoo, and 10 minutes by car to downtown Denver, and only 10 minutes to the trendy RiNo neighborhood. Also, it is a 10-15 minute drive from the high-end cherry creek neighborhood and mall. The light rail and highway I-70 are about a 7 minute drive away.
