Denver Oasis [HotTub/Pets/420]

Our property is newly renovated and centrally located between the Airport and Downtown. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, and is full of amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Each bedroom and the common area have 12k btu heater/air-condition units to keep the temp perfect. The back yard is fully fenced in, with covered patio seating , located right next to the hot tub. Inside you will find a kitchen fully stocked with all utensils and spices you will need for cooking. The appliances are updated, including Dish washer & microwave.In the living room you will find a array of board games to indulge in. Musically inclined folks will love the piano and open floor plan to entertain your guests. All rooms have smart TVs and there is free Wifi for you to use.1000s nbs up and 1000s nbs down. Pet and 420 friendly. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are available for your use. Laundry is located downstairs with iron and ironing board as well.

We keep the property impeccably clean, including the hot tub. We offer parking directly in front of the house and the host is available if you have any question or needs during your stay. The digit keypad makes coming and going simple.

This place was amazing. If you have a larger group and need more space, it is perfect. A big open living room, plenty of bedrooms and a large open kitchen. I got the best sleep ever on the comfortable bed, and the hot tub was an awesome added touch. The location is good if you are looking for somewhere reasonably close to concert venues on the north side. They are still doing some imorovements to the place, but I will definitely keep this place in mind for a return visit.

Property was spacious, clean, and exactly as advertised. When there was a miscommunication on the checkin process (due to the checkin email going to spam), the property manager was very professional and helpful.

Beautiful place to stay! Perfect distance from everything on our list to do. Erick was very good at communicating when i needed him! Definitely recommend!

Perfect for our big group, our only minor disappointment was that the only smoking utensils for 420 usage were ashtrays. But otherwise everything was great, we had plenty of space for the 7 of us and our host was able to let us in early when our drive in took less time than expected.

This place was amazing, functional in every way, perfect for a big family gathering. The loft was a little iffy, but a perfect adventure for kids! Will absolutely stay here again when traveling back to Denver- even talked about making it an annual event!

Very spacious house. Pleanting of things to do even if you wanna just stay in the house. The yard is plenty large for games. Definitely a great place for a large group. Location is excellent every where you wanna go is with in 20 minutes.

Great stay, home was well taken care of and the owner was very communicative. Loved the location in relation to downtown Denver and that the train station was only a 10 minute walk.
