Awesome House

Absolutely loved our stay at this property. Went for vacations (wife) and meetings (me) for two weeks. The house is beautiful and equipped with all basic necessities. The backyard deck with TV helped us chill down watching a hockey game while cooking barbecue. Walking distance to North Hills shopping and restaurants (or a 5 min drive). Plus close to Costco, Wegmans (15 min drive) and everything else Raleigh has to offer. Host communication was timely and precise. 100% recommend to others and would certainly come back,

Pleasant Stay

We stayed here fall of 2023. This is a very nice house in a very nice neighborhood. The house is very clean and the outside is nicely maintained. This was the perfect size house for our family of 4. It is in a quiet cul-de-sac in a family friendly neighborhood. All the rooms are spacious. The house felt cozy in a nice way. The surrounding area has plenty of shops and restaurants. Access to the highway is very easy. My overall rating is 4 stars because there are a few things that could use a little attention that would make this a really perfect rental. The bathroom plumbing isn't the best - especially the water pressure in the showers. The mattress in the primary bedroom is a bit soft for our liking and the bed frame has an usually high footboard that obstructs the view of the TV. The living room sofa has very noticeable stains. Although 4 stars, I would stay here again considering the great location and the very enjoyable stay we experienced.

Great location, cute kitchen but lacks function

We were in town visiting family, so this was a great location for everything North Hills has to offer but a few things to know… The listing says updated but really it’s just the kitchen that has been updated. The rest of the house has been painted but is still quite old. The bathrooms are old with stained tubs/showers and with tiny vanities so besides wondering about cleanliness (see below) they aren’t very functional. The closets are all full of random stuff so not really usable, and the bedrooms have so much furniture in them that you can’t unfold your suitcase anywhere but on top of the bed. Regarding cleanliness, we must have had bad luck because the other reviews don’t mention any of this but upon arrival, we found long dark hairs in multiple places in the house but what really grossed us out was one of the comforters had blood on it. We pulled a blanket out of the closet so use instead and it reeked of urine. The blinds were tattered in one room, a picture had fallen off the wall in another and the dining area only had two chairs.

Fantastic house, great neighborhood

Stayed for NCSU graduation weekend. It was great to have the space to have family join us for the festivities. The host was responsive and helpful. Would stay again!
