Cozy and convenient

The house was perfect for our needs! Kitchen has limited cookware, but we made do. Colin was great with response time and accommodating us. Would love to stay here again!

Son's Birthday Night in Denver

We traveled to Denver for our son's 19th birthday so he could see one of his favorite bands in concert! This home was perfect for the 3 of us and our dogs. For its location, the surrounding area was remarkably quiet at night! It was easy to catch an uber or even walk 2 blocks to catch the tram! The beds were comfortable, the house was clean, plenty of accommodations to help us with our dogs! Will totally stay here again!

Denver holiday

The house is located within a very easy drive of all the places we hoped to visit (Botanic Garden, downtown, Museum of Art, restaurant neighborhoods) but us in quiet neighborhood across from park; parking was very easy at curb right outside house. It rained the 3 days we were in Denver so we didn’t have a chance yo use the fire pit but the backyard looked like a fun place to hangout in good weather. Inside, the house is simply furnished, nothing fancy but comfortable (esp the beds/ we enjoyed great sleep here!). The kitchen is modestly furnished so might be difficult to cook something requiring more than a skillet and a pot. A water kettle would have been a nice add. All in all, we were pleased with our stay and thank the host.

Perfect Stay

Perfect little house. Very welcoming and clean. Beds were amazing and comfortable. Host responded quick to any questions we had. Very close to downtown. We truly can recommend this place.
