Cheerful and Comfy 3/BR Home w/Pool and Hot Tub

Welcome to our little piece of paradise nestled in the heart of Port Saint Lucie. Kick back and relax in this 3 bedrooms/2 bath home that has a large screened in heated pool and spa. Relax in the hot tub or come inside and kick back in the recliners. The guest rooms are on the opposite side of the house with the Living room and kitchen in the middle. If that’s not enough the beaches are only 20 minutes away!

The space
You can access the magnificent pool from 3 sliding patio doors. One in the master bedroom and another in the second bedroom. The door in the living room opens up double so the patio space becomes part of the living room. The huge master bedroom features a private bathroom with a step down shower and a door leading directly to the pool for those unexpected “P” OOL emergencies . With the semi-open floor plan you will find the guest bedrooms on the opposite side of the house and they share the second bathroom. You will find the living room, kitchen and dining room in the center to meet together and entertain. The kitchen has a pass thru window with a bar to the pool area to make giving snacks to the kids quick and easy. After a long day in the sun come relax on the couch that reclines and watch tv on the 65” screen that is provided. You can sign into your own streaming service or pick a movie from the video library provided with over 200 titles to choose from. The kitchen is stocked with all your cooking needs.
This house focuses on the beautiful screened in heated pool(winter months only) and built in hot tub. There is a table and chairs to enjoy a afternoon lunch by the pool. Lounge chairs and extra chairs are also provided at poolside to soak up those rays.
Pool floats and toys are provided for the kids and adults that act like kids while on vacation.
There is also a BBQ provided for all your grilling needs.
2 Kayaks and 2 life jackets are also provided for your enjoyment on the St Lucie River that is right around the corner.

The Pool
All functions for the pool are controlled by an app on our phone. You only need to tell us what you need( pool heated, spa heated, jets turned on, lights turned on etc..) with a quick message and it’s quick to turn things on. If you know a certain time of day you may want something daily it can be put on a schedule so it is ready and waiting for you!

Location…
With a great location just north of Port St Lucie Blvd and just a short distance from US1 which features plenty of shopping and dining and entertainment. Jensen beach is a short 20 minute ride away. The Port Saint Lucie River is just around the corner with boat access ramps to enjoy the two kayaks and life jackets that are provided for guests to use.
For the golfers there are quite a few golf courses within a 5-10 mile radius. Suitable for the duffers to the scratch golfers and everyone in between!
We are just a short 2 hour ride away from Miami, 1 1/2 ride to Fort Lauderdale and 1 hour and 45 minutes from Orlando and the Disney experience.

Beaches:
There are beach chairs, boogie boards, a cooler and snorkel gear provided for your enjoyment. Jensen Beach 12 miles, Santa Lucia Beach 14 miles,
Bathtub Beach 18 miles, Waveland Beach Park 13 miles,
Ocean Bay Beachside 16 miles, South Jetty Park and Fishing pier in Fort Pierce 16 miles. With many other beaches spread through out for your beach pleasures.
Guest access
The entire house is for you to use for your enjoyment. The garage is locked for employee use only. There is plenty of space in the driveway to park a car, boat or RV
