From the owner: "Hi Suzanne, thank you for your feedback regarding the bed and pillows. We apologize if the firmness was not to your liking. For future reference, we have one set of quality firm bamboo pillows for guests who prefer firm support, and two sets of soft quality pillows, with the second set of soft pillows located in the closet. We apologize if you were not aware of these additional pillows, and we will ensure that future guests are informed about the extra pillows and linens available in each closet.- Regarding the king bed, we understand that comfort preferences vary among guests, and we are sorry to hear that you did not find it comfortable. We invested significant time and research into selecting a quality mattress, ultimately choosing a highly recommended and favored king set. While it is challenging to meet all comfort levels, we recommend trying the queen bed in the second guest room for a different experience. Thank you again for your feedback; it helps us improve our property for future guests."
