Oceanside Resort Condo - Private Beach Access - 3 Pools - Great Location!

Your Hilton Head Island beach getaway!

Our home, located at Hilton Head Resort, has all the comfort and conveniences of home. Our unit is in building 3 which includes an indoor pool that is heated in the winter (swim rain or shine), a jacuzzi, and a fitness center.

The resort has two outdoor pools, Cocos on the Beach for food and drinks, a pool bar, island deli, a beach supply shop, tennis courts, pickleball, and beach volleyball.

Seasonal shuttle take you to the beach or take a scenic 10-15 minute walk from our unit.

THE SPACE
2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo sleeps up to 6but we recommend 5 or less if you like more space.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, a 50 inch Samsung 4K Smart TV and an attached bathroom.

2nd bedroom has a double bed, a single bed, and a 50 inch Samsung 4K Smart TV. The 2nd full bathroom is centrally located in the hallway.

KITCHEN

Our kitchen is fully equipped for cooking numerous meals for the family and the dining room seats up to 6 guests.

THE LIVING ROOM
The living room features a Sofabed and two accent chairs as well as a 55 inch Samsung 4K Smart TV. We also have board games for your enjoyment!

GUEST ACCESS

Our building includes an indoor pool, hot tub, kid pool, fitness center, sauna, and walking track.

The resort also features two outdoor pools, tennis courts, pickleball, Cocos beach restaurant and bar, a poolside bar, island deli and beach supply shop and a private beach access.

On-site bicycles rentals can be found under building 2.

There are 2 elevators that you can use to access the unit which is on the second floor.

On-site laundry is available next to the building 3 elevator.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

The beach is a 10-15 minute walk from our unit. There is a shuttle that runs seasonally that will take you from the boardwalk entrance to the beach.

4 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a beach tent, a frisbee game, and the beach wagon are available for you use during your stay. These items are stored in our storage locker under Building 2.
