Welcome to the Lupine House - our mountain getaway with some of the most spectacular views in Crested Butte!

We've completely remodeled this cozy 4-story townhome and are thrilled to offer it to our guests!

Located adjacent to the Mt. Crested Butte ski area, our home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 2 small private balconies, a shared hot tub (seasonal), and a private garage. Located directly on the free public bus route, the townhome offers a 2-minute ride to the lifts or a 10-minute ride to the Elk Avenue shops and restaurants. Just minutes from your front door, enjoy all of the first-rate adventures Crested Butte has to offer - from world-class alpine and nordic skiing in the winter, to unparalleled wildflower hikes, fly fishing, lift-served mountain biking and art and music festivals in the summer. This townhome offers modern mountain home comfort in the Elk Mountains and the location will not disappoint!

The Lupine House sleeps 6. The townhome has a garage on the ground floor, the main living area and kitchen on the 2nd floor, a master and guest bedroom on the 3rd floor, and a third bedroom/kids’ space on the 4th floor. The master bedroom has a king bed, a small private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub, perfect for relaxing after your adventures of the day. The second and third bedrooms each have queen beds and share a second full bath with a stand-in shower. In addition to its queen bed, the 4th floor bedroom also features vaulted ceilings and a twin loft with built-in staircase (the loft is best for a child or a smaller adult). We love that the 4th floor offers different sleeping options for a couple, a young family, or a few kids. The 4th floor also has a desk and chair for remote workers.

The main living area is comfortably furnished, and guests never tire of the magnificent views from the small private balcony off the living room. The kitchen has granite countertops and is well-stocked with updated appliances, and the dining table allows for seating for up to 6 with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen counter. Our place has the amenities you need to make this your home away from home – wifi, smart TVs in the living room and every bedroom with most every app available (bring your passwords!), a small private grill on the 2nd floor balcony, a cozy electric fireplace, cell phone chargers, a washer and dryer, board games, cookbooks, a One Pot and Crockpot, a second fridge in the garage, and a communal hot tub (seasonal - please inquire if you are visiting in the spring or fall) and a communal grill. **Please note that the HOT TUB IS SEASONAL - open during the summer (Memorial day through Oct. 1) and ski season (Opening Day through Closing Day on the mountain); closed spring and fall.

Parking for two vehicles is allotted with one vehicle in the garage and a second vehicle in the parking lot of the townhome complex. The garage is extended in length and allows for one standard size vehicle (max height = 6.5 ft/no toppers) plus room for booting up and storing your bikes, paddleboards, skis, snowboards, and other gear. The garage comes equipped with benches, shelving units, ski racks, and boot/glove dryers for your convenience.
