Perfect couples getaway

We had a wonderful time staying here. It is a perfect location as it is an easy walk into the old town as well as many fabulous restaurants. The pools and hot tub were very close making it easy to run in for sunscreen or another drink! The area was well maintained and clean. We loved the condo. The decor and furnishings felt updated and it was great to have 2 king beds and 3 bathrooms. We are already planning our next stay here. Thanks so much for sharing this with us!

Check in was tricky. We had asked for early check-in if possible a few weeks in advance and were told that would need to be determined on the day of check-in. Then on check-in day I tried to confirm again for early check-in, spoke to the property manager and was told everything was good to go. Upon arrival at the property, security told me they had no record of our booking and that they hadn’t received the proper documentation from the property managers. After approximately 40min, and after contacting Vacasa directly, they sent the proper documentation and we were allowed access.

Lacking

Where does it begin? Does it begin with walking into the unit with dirty floors? Of course, that may be due to all the dirt and dust that is being created by the construction next door and the road being completely torn up directly in front of the property where we were staying. Or is the problem with an "unsafe" safe - because the combination cannot be changed? Or - with a master bathroom with no mirror and no hairdryer? Who has a master bathroom where one cannot see to shave or put on make-up because there is no mirror? Or - why does it take 5 days to replace a missing hairdryer? Perhaps there should be a discussion why we lost a day of vacation having to stay at the property because the management sent a company to clean the upholstery of the furniture while we occupied the property. And - for the rest of the day the furniture could not be used because it was wet. Really ?!?! Absurd! We did not give permission for this cleaning company to come while we were on vacation. Another inconvenience was the dishwasher needs attention, but this was minor in comparison to everything else.. This is not a property I would return to again.
