CLEANING AND BEDDING
Our properties are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized by professional staff before each check-in. Our team of experts prepares all the details before your arrival so you do not have to worry about cleaning or organizing during your stay.
In addition to this, all linens are laundered by a specialist professional laundry after each check-out, providing our guests with clean and sanitized linens, bed sheets, and comforters for the day of their arrival.

The resort offers exclusive amenities and memorable views for relaxing moments with family. Its prime location near theme parks will ease your locomotion and driving time. A combination living/dining area and a kitchen with all of the major appliances and a laundry room are available. Also, on our property, you can enjoy your favorite channel or TV show. We have Netflix, Peacock, and Roku on all TVs. Everything you need for your entertainment and comfort is close to you.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have full access to the fantastic Cortile Club amenities. That includes:

• Pool and hot tub;
• Fitness center;
• Theater and conference room;
• Children's playground;
• Tennis and basketball courts.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
• Guests may purchase windshield stickers for $25.00 to gain access to the community. Payment must be received at the time of issuance by Check or Money Order (made payable to Club Cortile Master Association).
• Pets are not allowed on the property. The reason is that we follow the standards and rules of the condominium.

GETTING AROUND
• According to Club Cortile Resort, all rights concerning parking shall be shared and use of such parking spaces on a “first-come”, “first served” basis. Vehicles should be parked only in marked designated spaces.
• No street parking is permitted at any time and the Association reserves the right to tow vehicles. Double parking, and parking on the landscape, grass, or along the curbs are not permitted.
• Vehicles blocking another resident’s access, exit, or trash compactor are considered improperly parked vehicles and are prohibited.
• No boat, camper, trailer, RV, motor home, recreational vehicle, commercial vehicle or equipment, or construction vehicle of any type is allowed in the gate guard

Check-in starts at 04:00 pm and ends at 11:00 pm

PARTY 🚫🎉
Parties and events are not allowed. “Quiet hours 10:00 PM - 07:00 AM”. We hope to have your cooperation, otherwise, if party evidence is found a $250 fine will be applied.

AC EQUIPMENT / THERMOSTAT 🥶🌡️
The air conditioner should not be set below 72 degrees Fahrenheit. Failure to comply with these terms may cause the system to freeze and become inoperable. In addition, all windows and doors must be kept closed during the rental period. Not following these instructions the AC system can be damaged and it may result in a $250 fine.

GARBAGE COLLECTION 🗑️♻️
The doorstep trash service is provided throughout the community, the trash bags should be bagged and placed in the correct bin before 10 am. Any loose garbage that is out of the bag will not be collected. The external can be a bin that is in a bench shape and is located right in front of the house or a regular bin in front or next to the property. Please let me know if you have difficulties finding the bin. We hope you understand and cooperate with that. Garbage found out of bags will result in a $100 fine and excess garbage will result in a $150 fine.

PET-FRIENDLY 🐶🐱
Unfortunately, we are not a pet-friendly property. Pets are not allowed. If the animal's evidence is found it will result in a $250 fine for cleaning purposes.

SMOKING 🚭
No smoking inside the property. Smoking is allowed outside the property, however, it is important to keep the place clean afterward. The non-compliance of this rule will result in a $250 fine.

CHECK-OUT ⏰🕙
Check-out time is 10:00 AM. An additional 15 minutes may be granted as a grace period upon prior request. The cut-off time is 10:15 AM, The noncompliance of this rule may result in a $200 fine.

CLEANING 🧹🧽
Please rest assured, you do not need to be concerned about the cleaning, we just kindly ask you to please put the dishes in the dishwasher, and take the bagged trash before your departure. Please note that stains or dirt found on the carpet will result in a $250 fine for cleaning purposes. Items or furniture damaged will result in a charge to replace it at its estimated value or repair the item, this value is calculated by a third party.

DELIVERY 💼 📦
We are not responsible for any lost items on the property or lost packages.

PARKING 🚘🚗
According to Club Cortile Resort, all rights concerning parking shall be shared and use of such parking spaces on a “first-come”, “first served” basis. Vehicles should be parked only in marked designated spaces.
• No street parking is permitted at any time and the Association reserves the right to tow vehicles. Double parking, and parking on the landscape, grass, or along the curbs are not permitted.
• Vehicles blocking another resident’s access, exit, or blocking the trash compactor are considered improperly parked vehicles and are prohibited.
• Parking in a designated “Handicapped” space without a proper plate or permit is prohibited.
• No campers, recreational vehicles, boats, or boat trailers may be parked or stored on the Property.

There is a fee of $50 + taxes for last-minute extensions due to cleaning staff locomotion
