The living room with minimalist decor has a TV with streaming service, sofa bed (sleeps up to 02 people) and air conditioning. The kitchen is complete and equipped with the main utensils such as crockery, glasses, pans, cutlery, sandwich maker, blender, microwave, cooktop stove, refrigerator and others. In addition, we have a dining table with four chairs. It also has 1 bathroom with a hot shower and meets daily needs.
