DO NOT BOOK

PLEASE READ !!! Find comfort else where. I booked this home on a Tuesday prior to traveling to a few days later. Check in was @4 I received no details. I contacted the host to be told that she didn’t know I had booked it and didn’t see me reaching out. After speaking to her , I received a message saying a PARTIAL refund has been issued. I did not stay at this property nor did I even breathe next to it. I am now displaced and have to wait on money that was taken in FULL and ON TIME. Boom else where and save yourself the trouble. You might have to sleep outside like me!!!!!!!!

The Host, Leslie Peters, is disrespectful and very unprofessional

1500 characters is not enough to come close to describing the experience that I had with the host, Leslie Peters. The listing says it accommodates 11 people and we had 10. There were supposed to be 2 air mattresses, but there was only 1 and not even a pump. Immediately reached out to Leslie, which was right after check in, asking about it, and instead of just bringing the mattress and pump to us, she argued, berated me, made false accusations against me, and uneducated assumptions. I wasn’t even asking for a refund or anything, just the mattress that was supposed to be there a she then told me that it was my fault, that VRBO is the one that decides how many people a property can sleep, and that I should have known better. The resolution that she offered was to rent the property next door, for a discounted price. 4 of us ended up having to leave and stay somewhere else due to there not being enough places, and then we found out the next morning that she lives 2 units down, which should’ve made it extremely easy to just bring the pump and 2 mattress over. The way she spoke to me and the things that she said were extremely rude and unprofessional. I eventually had to ask her to stop messaging me at 4am, bc of how vile she was being. Looking at the other negative review, she’s probably going to leave a long response, once again saying that this is my fault, but I have all the messages between us and will send them to anyone that wants to see how awful she was.

Birthday Disaster

This property appeared to be lovely online until we stepped foot through the door. The cleanliness was unacceptable , the property was not ready on time and to top it all off the host was very unprofessional and RUDE! She was not willing to rectify the situations and had a disgusting, disrespectful attitude ! I would give this place 0 stars if it was based on the Host communication and interactions with her guests. I am utterly appalled at how she spoke to me about the issues we were having . All of this on my Birthday! Needless to say I will not be returning to this property EVER! Save your money and DO NOT book this property !
