Brand new home in the tranquil and quiet neighborhood of Bali, just a few minutes from downtown Playa. Boasting three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms and decorated in the modern design. Nicely done without sacrificing comfort.

There is a backyard for those afternoons when you get the itch to BB or just hang out for a suntan with a drink or two. The community also has a large swimming pool and tennis courts.
Although a few minutes from town, a car is recommended for those trips to the beach or the grocery stores.
