This luxury cabin is situated in a great location and only minutes away from the Parkway where all the attractions are located. You'll absolutely love the spacious bedrooms in this cabin where you can cozy up with loved ones.

- A starter pack is provided that includes a small shampoo, small dish soap, a limited number of dishwasher pods, 1 laundry detergent bag, and limited coffee. Please note that this is a standard starter pack and guests will have to provide anything beyond this, should these items run out, as stay durations do vary.

♦FAQ's (Frequently Asked Questions)♦

- Check-in: After 4:00 PM and Check-out is 10:00 AM.

- You can check-in as late as you want, you will receive a unique pin code that will activate at Check-In (4:00 PM). This code will expire after 10:00 AM on the day of your departure.

-Information will be sent to you after booking regarding details for your stay.

Pets: Up to 2 Dogs (MAX) will be permitted and must be pre-approved! No cats allowed under any circumstances. A non-refundable pet fee applies. Please be sure to add "pet" to your reservation for fee break down.

You will have access to the entire cabin except for the owner's closet.

I give my guests space but am available when needed
I like to give guest their space, however, I am available for any questions during your stay. Office Hours: 8 am EST - 12am EST- 7 days per week on Airbnb Messenger only.

A personal vehicle is required to get around.

Please note that this is a natural wooded area where there are bugs, insects, critters, and potential bears. These factors, unfortunately, come with the territory of the property. We do have a pest control company that routinely treats the property. We ask that you please be mindful and clean up any food that could attract any of these creatures. We also recommend bringing bug spray and wearing a light jacket at night if outside.
Check-in and Check-out Times

Check-in: 4:00 PM or any time after.
Check-out: 10:00 AM.

Parking and Access:
Parking is directly in front of the cabin and can fit up to 3 cars.

The front door will be your main point of access to the home.

Check-In Process

You will be given a unique pin code to enter through the front door at Check-In at 4:00 PM. This code will expire after Check-Out (10:00 AM) on the day of your departure.

No key or contact with the host is required for checking in, so you may check-in any time after 4:00 PM on your arrival day.

Check-Out Process

Check out time is strictly at 10:00 AM, please be reminded that any check out time after 10:00 AM will incur an additional charge of $10 for every 10 minutes after 10:00 AM. This allows our cleaners to clean and prepare the home in a timely manner. We appreciate your cooperation on this.

What to do when checking out:

Please have dishes either washed by hand or TURNED ON in the dishwasher prior to leaving.

Please switch off all lights and heating/cooling.

Please keep bed linens on the bed and place all used towels on the floor.

Please lock all windows and doors.

Please clear food from all cupboards and fridge and place in a trash bag.

Place trash bag in receptacles in front of the house.

Parties, Excessive Noise and Disturbances: Disturbances or excessive noise will not be tolerated under any circumstances. $1000 fine plus $50 per additional person past the max of 10 registered guests. (This includes party cleanup, calling the police, and replacing any damaged items.)

Camera: Please note that there are security cameras facing the driveway, front door and back door. Should any devices at all be tampered with, you are subject to a $500 for each item affected.

No unregistered guests are allowed on the property without prior permission. If your plans have changed from when you originally booked and you have additional people, please let me know so we can make arrangements for payment. ALL individuals, including infants under two are charged. In addition, each animal, (Dogs only permitted, no cats allowed) will incur a $50 non-refundable fee per night.

ANYONE that arrives in the home will be considered as a guest and the main guest will be charged $100 per person outside the maximum of 10 persons. If the number of persons at the beach home is over the max number of guests on the booking, you will be asked to leave with no refund.

Smoking: Smoking cigarettes/marijuana/hookah inside the home is not permitted. A $200 fine will be charged each day. Smoke outside and throw butts in the outside trash cans on the side of the house. Discarding cigarettes and joints inside of the house smells just as bad as if you smoked inside the house (even if you didn’t).

Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests.

Pets are currently not allowed. If you or anyone in your party sneaks in a pet/animal without hosts knowledge, we have the right to have you removed from the property with no refunds given.

The main guest is held responsible for any damages to the property during their stay, even if caused by another member in their party.

No refunds for power outages, hurricanes, internet, disruptions or things out of my control ie. Mother Nature.

Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. This applies to both drugs and internet activity.

If you break or damage something, please let me know so we can arrange for its repair or replacement.

Should there be an emergency repair that needs to be addressed during your stay, host reserves the right to have team members enter the premises and property to perform needed services. Rest assured, thorough communications between host and guest will occur prior to this.

Disclaimers: The deposit is not charged when you book. It is there in case damages are sustained during your stay. Please note that if you do not follow the cleaning instructions/checklist during check-out, you will pay an additional cleaning fee. We are not responsible at all for your personal items during your stay or if they are left behind after your stay. Your personal belongings are your responsibility. If you fail to follow House Rules, we have the right to ask you to leave immediately with no refund. We’d hate to have to do this, so please be courteous doing your stay.


Cabin is not up a mountain, however, roads can be viewed as slightly steep on the last approach to the cabin.
