Dubai Marina is one of the world’s largest, most meticulously planned waterfront developments and offers the exhilaration and vibrancy of a chic, urban lifestyle together with all the advantages of living on the water. It’s a city-within-a-city with a cosmopolitan, free-spirited atmosphere and a unique character all of its own.
The development is built along a three-kilometer stretch of the shoreline and accommodates over 200 residential towers. The area boasts almost eight kilometers of landscaped public walkways, which includes water features, benches and children’s play areas.
In addition, there is a wealth of restaurants offering cuisines from around the world – covering everything from casual al fresco cafés and eateries to fine dining establishments and trendy bars.
There is a good network of roads in and around the area plus a tram that links the Dubai Metro and the Palm Monorail, running along Al Sufouh Road and Jumeirah Beach Road from the Mall of the Emirates at one end to Dubai Marina at the other.
In addition, a water bus runs from 10 AM to 10 PM every 15 minutes between various stations within the marina. There is also a ferry that runs between Dubai Marina Mall and Al Ghubaiba as well as a selection of more tourist minded routes out to the Palm and back, or traditional abra rides around the marina area.
Free parking is available if you have your own ride. Taxis- on the other hand are parked just outside the building entrance.
Marina walk has an array of grocery stores, restaurants and pharmacies which again is accessible by foot.
Guests will have full access to the facilities within the residence including Wi-Fi, gym and swimming pool.
Housekeeping, airport transfers, laundry and other services can be provided during your stay at an extra cost.
