This magnificent designed modern coastal home was built with the finest architectural details and materials. A boater’s dream with 85 ft of waterfront on 120ft. wide canal, just minutes from the intercostal and blocks away from the prestigious member only Fort Lauderdale Yacht Club.
The open living areas boast natural light filled room, designed for entertaining with a full bar in the living room overlooking unobstructed water view through the sliding glass doors. A short drive or bike ride to downtown where you'll find a wide selection of restaurants, bars and shopping. Walkable and bikeable to local attractions. Just 15 minutes from the beach! Rio Vista is a beautiful community situated next to downtown Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Its name means "River View" in Spanish. It is one of the oldest communities in Fort Lauderdale and features tree-lined streets, unique architecture and is a boaters dream! Whether you’re hanging out at the Sandbar , boating over to dinner and the theatre, cruising the ICW or on your way to the Bahamas, you will find this location offers it all!
