Dense suburban, neck of the woods! A-Grade city! Historic, yet hip, this Pocono Mountains town is a great place to spend a weekend or more. Stroudsburg’s stroll-able sidewalks and scenic woodland parks are perfect for leisurely outings. Gentle hiking and biking paths wind beside the Brodhead Creek, a top spot for fishing in the warmer months. The Delaware River and Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area are nearby.
For families, Stroudsburg’s shops and galleries offer fun workshops and special programs. Parks and preserves promote outdoor activities, and special events provide family-friendly festivities throughout the year. Parades, festivals and farmers markets brighten many weekends in this Pocono Mountains town.
Stroudsburg’s boutiques and galleries are filled with clothing, jewelry, shoes, sporting goods, home décor and more.
Dining in Downtown Stroudsburg ensures there’s always something new to sample. Restaurants range from pubs and cafes to ethnic eateries serving up Thai, Italian and French cuisine. The town is als

Stroudsburg’s small-town charm is amplified in winter, when festive decorations adorn the trees, sidewalks and storefronts. Twinkling lights add a warm glow to seasonal celebrations, and shops offer unique gifts and holiday treats. Outdoors, activities like ice skating, sledding, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ice fishing, and eagle watching are popular.

Stroudsburg is close to several great golf courses, making it easy to play a round in the morning and hit the town in the afternoon.

Pocono Cab Service is available, Uber, Pocono pony bus services, and rental companies near by. Our unit has a private parking lot and there are sidewalks surrounding the property.

We have Blink cameras at the entrance, and exits the units. This only captures the outside entrance, and back door entrance. They will only record when motion is detected. We also do have Minut Noise monitoring systems in the unit to detect noise decibels. This will monitor noise levels at all times. We do not allow any tampering with our security devices. This includes the Wifi system, the Minut noise monitoring system, the cameras, and the Schlage encode door lock. If any of these and tampered with, we reserve the right to dispatch security officers, or management to the premises. This will also result in termination of your reservation.
House Rules:

PARKING
We only allow 2 parking spaces per home. There is paid parking on the other side of the building for extra parking, please read the parking signs to avoid any fines.

QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are from 10pm-7AM. During this time you cannot be excessively loud. Insubordination of these rules are ground for termination, and also are ground for security fees of $200 to bring a security officer to the premises.

OCCUPANCY
The home can have up to 8 people in it. Any people more than this, will be charged $75 per any extra guest past 6, and any undeclared guest in the reservation. Also these people will automatically be vacated for trespassing, and they will be forced to leave. Locals must contact the host before booking. They cannot utilize instant book, but they must contact the host.

SMOKING
There is no smoking in the property. There is a $200 per day smoking fee.

EARLY CHECK-INS are not guaranteed. Airbnb allows you to choose a preferred check in time, but it is ultimately up to the host to approve any check-ins before 4pm. An accepted request to book does not mean your early check-in time was approved. You will need to send us a message asking us if you can check in early. If an early check in is granted,(2pm check in) there will be a $40 fee.

LATE CHECKOUTS must be approved by the management team. If you stay past your 11am check out time without approval, you will automatically be charged for the next nights' stay at the listing's full price. Late checkout fee: If you are 15 mins late on checkout day, it is an additional $75 fee. If you hold possession of our property for more than 2 hours you will be charged for an additional day. (THIS DOES NOT AWARD YOU POSSESSION FOR THE ADDITIONAL DAY, IT IS JUST A PENALTY FOR HOLDING POSSESSION BEYOND WHEN YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO BECAUSE YOU COULD NEGATIVELY AFFECT THE FUTURE RESERVATION AND YOU'LL BE COSTING US FOR HOUSEKEEPERS WAITING AROUND.) The additional day is the base rate without discounts.

PACKAGES
We do not allow guests to order mail/packages to this location for privacy reasons. If you attempt to have something delivered to this address, it will be rejected by the community and we are not held responsible for its whereabouts.

MAINTENANCE
Understand that we are at the mercy of the property management maintenance team for most general "fix-it" requests. We ask that all our guests are patient and understanding in regards to this. If a previous guest has damaged something minor and we were unable to fix it before check in, it will be reported to the complex staff, but it is dependent on the maintenance team's schedule. Examples: blinds, curtains, and lightbulbs fall under the "non-emergency" maintenance category and won't be completed until they've addressed any emergency requests around the property first.

PETS
Pets ARE allowed depending on size, please let us know beforehand and be upfront about bringing a pet to avoid cancellation. The following additional Pet Cleaning Fee applies per pet:
1-5 Nights : 25$ Per Day
5-29 Nights : 200$
30+ Nights : 300$
All authorized pet may NOT be left alone, unattended in the unit.
If an unauthorized pet is present we will charge a $150 per day fee

PARTIES
The home enforces a strict no-parties/noise violation policy to all its residents. This includes all Airbnb guests as well. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $200

SECURITY DISPATCH
We have on site security. If we have to dispatch security for any reason to your rental, there will be a $200 charge that will be charged to the guest.

Terrible experience
In general, this property is not terrible. There are some qualities about the interior that are surprising - holes in the wall, fruit fly infestation, missing toilet seats, patched walls that weren't painted over. The listing is accurate in terms of amenitites and everything, however. My experience working with the property management company, however, was terrible and I don't recommend anyone book this property. Since the character count is limited on this review, I will summarize. - I received repeated calls prior to my arrival insisting that I give them my exact arrival time. This seemed so strange to me and they would not tell me why it was necessary to tell them that information as long as it was after the check in time. - During my stay, I received requests to enter the property every single day for a different reason. As a single woman staying alone, I repeatedly asked them to wait until I left (I was only booked for 4 days). I spent more time than I should have had to arguing with them about why I did not feel safe with strangers entering the property while I was there alone. It got so bad that the third day I told them I was checking out. They had insisted that if I didn't let them in to change the battery in the lock that I would not be guaranteed entry into the property. I rented it so I could work while my son attended a camp and not being able to access the property was unacceptable so I told them I would check out the following day.
