From May to November you are just minutes away from two gorgeous golf courses at The Bethel Inn and Sunday River Golf Club. Plenty of nearby hiking trails and swimming holes, including trails starting right at Eden Ridge great for hiking and mountain biking.

There is truly something to do the whole year round, be it hiking, swimming, biking, kayaking, leaf peeping, skiing, snowboarding, and just enjoying the all around beauty of Maine. Relax after a day of activities with a cozy fire in the living room fireplace, or gather around the dining table for a family game night!

The primary bedroom upstairs has a King bed with a large double door closet and 5 drawer clothes chest.

Across the hall, the bunk room has two sets of bunk beds: one a single over single and the other a single bed over a full bed. An extra long closet lines one wall of the bedroom, and another has a bay window with rolling views of the valley below, along with another chest of drawers for your use.

The basement level has another room that can be used as either a recreation room or a third bedroom based on your needs. It includes a dresser, flat screen TV with cable, and two incredibly comfortable couches that convert into full beds.

The upstairs bathroom has a full jetted tub and shower unit, and bathroom on the main level has a standing shower unit. All bathroom towels and bed linens are provided.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook with for your stay. A brand new high efficiency dishwasher is available for your convenience, as well as a drip coffee maker with a built-in coffee bean grinder. Enjoy breakfast on the butcher block topped kitchen island, or sit down to a meal with the whole family at the large dining room table.

Living room has seating for all, with a beautiful stone fireplace, ample throw blankets, and a flat screen tv. High speed Wi-Fi and cable television available with your rental.

There is a washer and dryer available in the unit with detergent provided for any laundry needs.

Townhome has a one car garage as well as an additional parking spot in front of the garage. There is overflow parking available as well, but spots are limited.
