Pool is heated from October through April
Experience cozy Florida living in this Mid century/ terrazo Floring home that is well taking cared for. family-owned and operated.
THE LINENS:
Rest easy because we wash blankets, comforters, and duvet covers after every guest.
FYI: We do provide dog towels.
Other things to note
•Pool Heater when whether permitted and from October through April
•No smoking inside the house.
Smoking inside the house will make it unsuitable for the next guest, remediation will be necessary and a penalty of $200 will apply via the resolution center.
•Garbage cans Curbside pick up on
Friday.
•All garbage must be in SEALED bags, please be considered, loose perishable food will caused
Maggots and flies.
Feel comfortable to call or text me 24/7 I am just a couple of blocks away.
