Comfortable and cozy! Very brightly decorated, well light! Lanai with breezy curtains for additional privacy! One bedroom with one bath and a pull out love seat for additional bedding. All the linens, towels, dishes, pots, pans. Coffee pot, and nice private Lanai area with curtains! Pool and hot tub, a fitness room and many places to eat and explore. 2 miles from Fort Myers Beach and 9 miles from Sanibel/Captiva Island. So many beaches to find adventure.

Loved my stay at this darling beach house . It was very clean, cozy with a well stocked kitchen, towels and all the essentials. The pool is really nice and warm! I really enjoyed the big lanai after being stuck in the house in the winter in Ohio.The host is Julie is very kind and helpful.

We had a very good stay at this property. It was very clean. We were in town for a concert so didn't use the kitchen but the bedroom and bathroom had everything we needed. It is in a campground on a busy road but was very quiet. Julie was very quick to respond to any questions. I would stay there again.

Beautiful little getaway. We didn't use any of the stuff in the kitchen except to make coffee a day or two. We literally only used the cottage to sleep at night, as we ventured all day exploring Florida. Host was extremely kind and quick to reply to any questions. With a better mattress, we would have given all 5's across the board. Location was also great!

10/10. This place was beautiful inside and out. Great communication with the owner. Plenty of beach towels, hangers. Kitchen was very well stocked. The owner gave us suggestions to do in the area. We loved the screened in porch. Very peaceful. Neighbors are quiet too. Loved having the washer and dryer on the property too. I would definitely stay here again. Decorated very beachy which I love. Bed is very comfortable and the pillows too. Ate at Pinchers in Fort Myers. Rode our bikes on Sanibel a few times. Beautiful sunsets. I’m ready to go back! Thank you for letting us stay at your house

The place was very clean. Julie provided everything you could need. The only bummer was the low water pressure in the shower. Other than that, Julie responded rapidly to any questions or concerns I had. The pool was nice. I would stay here again

Everything was great. Cute house with lots of beach theme decorations. Was fully stocked with essentials. Pool location was great! Our host was prompt on getting back to us with questions! Would stay again!

Nice place

A nice place to stay- only confusion was I didn’t know which # we were in…. There are also some pretty loud neighbor dogs. A nice man who lives there finally helped us. Nice place, nice neighborhood, easy to get to everywhere.

Perfect place & location

Close to Sanibel Island and surrounding shopping & restaurants. Really lovely unit, well appointed, nice decor. Owner thought of everything. Must apologize for unplugging air freshner (I get migraines from fragrances). Look forward to staying in your place again.

Great location

This was an excellent little property close to the beach. With no traffic the drive is less than 10. If you're going to use the pull out bed, there isn't really any extra room in the living room. However, the screened in patio has plenty of room to sit in instead. We had a couple questions and the owner got back to us extremely quickly. Definitely would stay again.

Clean affordable great location and comfortable

Stayed 14 days , all we needed was near . Laundry was convenient staff great Neighbors nice and all grocery and restaraunts Close as can be. Very clean with so all kitchen utensils . Super pleased and JULIE was great to communicate with. Lord bless all whom stay thier!

Charming cozy house close to everything

Very clean, comfy house, short drive to stores, restaurants, Ft. Myers beach. Large screen porch to enjoy morning coffee & evening cocktails. Only drawback is equipment noise started 7am weekdays for new construction across from front yard. Washer & dryer not inside the home, but in nearby bldg down the street. Highly recommend. Host responds quickly. Would return once the construction is finished

I have a washer and dryer in my shed next to my house. It stays locked. Generally, the guest will ask where the washer and dryer is located. The construction of the expansion of the park will be completed in July. I think they are really close to completing. Safe travels Mary.

Cutest little place in paradise!

My best friend and I chose this place because it’s rite in the middle of everything we wanted to do. It’s clean, cute, parking is limited but worked for us. The pool is amazing, rite around the corner. The house had everything we wanted. The lockbox on the door is a little tricky leaving but we figured it out. Yes I’d stay here again! Nice communication with the owner! Thank you for the great stay!

So glad you enjoyed my home! And glad you were able to explore all of the areas around. Many beaches, shopping, and dining available close. Especially Sanibel Island and Captiva Island!
