Wake up to marvelous ocean and beach views from your private balcony when you book this incredible and well-appointed resort condo! Some of the family-friendly amenities that you and your loved ones will have access to include an outdoor pool with access to Bum's Cabana Grill that services lunch and drinks, a new arcade, basketball court, shuffleboard, a workout facility with a sauna, a new children's playground, and BBQ grills in the courtyard.

This two-bedroom coastal retreat comes equipped with a furnished balcony overlooking the pool area, an inviting living area with comfortable sofas and a TV, a four-person dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances (full-size fridge, stove, double oven, dishwasher, and microwave). Both bedrooms are located on completely opposite sides of the condo and they have direct access to the balcony. The main bedroom features an en suite bathroom for added privacy.

Website is not current

The unit was great, but the resort lacked the amenities that the website said they had. ie the indoor pool and hot tub. Evidently they've been gone for 6 years. Would not have chose this resort had we known

It was an ok stay

There are some things that need to be updated. I wasn't happy about the super cheap and funky coffee pot. Nothing like a nice cup of coffee on the balcony and I was looking forward to it but was very disappointed when I saw what we were working with. The bathtubs were grimy and need new fixtures. Overall, it was a nice stay but the unit does need updates and some renovations.

Condo was smaller then expected - the pictures makes it look bigger and brighter - the outside of the building feels old and dirty - could really use an upgrade- also not located on a swimming beach - nothing close by for shopping - have to drive everywhere . Just feel we paid a lot $ for what we got

Great place to stay!

Nice well stocked comfortable condo with beautiful ocean view. Easy walk to the beach with handy rinse off showers and a pool. Really enjoyed our stay.

Long weekend in North Topsail

Our family had a great stay here. The condo was clean and cozy. It had everything we needed, though we did not cook during our stay. The fridge and freezer space were ample however a working ice maker would have been welcomed over ice trays that were almost impossible to empty. Both bedrooms were a good size and it was nice that both offered access to the balcony and ocean views. Loved the large TVs in the bedrooms and living room. Really appreciated the large selection of books as well. The only criticism we had was the master bedroom bed and mattress. The bed frame is very loose, so every time you turn over, it creaks and shakes. The mattress was very firm and not comfortable at all. The location of the condo as it relates to the entire resort is fantastic. Centrally located right over the pool and wonderful large view of the ocean. We never went to the pool but it looked very clean and had a fun atmosphere with music playing all day. The grounds of the resort were very clean. We stayed at the beach during the majority of our time there. There are several accesses from the resort to the beach which was very convenient, however the beach area is somewhat narrow, especially when high tide comes in. I would suggest getting there early in the morning to secure a spot, as space becomes limited later in the day. Overall, we really enjoyed our time there and would recommend this condo to others, and if the master bed is ever upgraded, we would book there again.

Good views

The condo had great views from where it is located. It was well decorated and updated. I wish the kitchen was more stocked. There were many things we needed to cook that were not available to us.

Needs a good cleaning, but a nice view

the grounds are clean and neat, but this unit could use some TLC. Great bones and has the potential to be a 5 star, but due to the cleaning that needed to be done it gets a 2 star.

Second hand smoke

This property smelled horribly of smoke. The master bath was the worst. Even the air freshener that was sent up to us to try to “fix” the smell didn’t work. Mattress pads and bedspreads were stained. Bathroom drawers still had piles of long human hair in them. It does have a great view of the ocean and sunrise. Pretty sure I would not rent this particular condo again.
