Be welcomed by unobstructed views of both the ocean and intracoastal waterway and experience amazing sunrises and inspiring sunsets. Enjoy a swim in our heated pool - even in the winter - and watch the fishing boats and dolphin go by as you enjoy a cup of coffee from the private balcony. Onsite is an arcade and playground for the children.
There is also a main resort pool with a cabana serving food and beverages as well as two onsite restaurants for the whole family.

I am a proud, native North Carolinian. I enjoy traveling, reading, and antiquing. I enjoy being a host because my family and I absolutely love the quite of North Topsail Beach and the amazing views of the ocean and Intracoastal Waterway the condo offers, and I find joy when others get to enjoy it with their families as well.

What I enjoy most about North Topsail Beach is that it is quiet and family oriented. St. Regis Resort, where our condo is located, has several wonderful amenities including two-onsite restaurants, an ice-cream shop, a coffee shop, resort style pool - and coming soon - a covered pool. Our neighbors are friendly, and because of the quiet nature of North Topsail and my condo, my family, friends, and are able to relax, sleep well, and enjoy nature while we're there.
