Enjoy a weekend away or an extended stay at our lake side oasis! High speed internet, cell phone booster and a full house automatic generator make this a perfect place to enjoy nature while staying fully connected. Perfect for working remotely or a long weekend away, and plenty of space for the whole family! 4+ bedrooms, 2 bath, beautiful kitchen, large living room and dining space, ample outdoor seating, bonus loft space for reading and playing games, lakeside seating, sand volleyball, kayaks, paddle boat and more!

The home is located just a few short miles from the Town of Lincoln and 45 minutes from Bangor. There are ATV and snowmobile trails located near the home, great fishing and plenty of land and roads to explore on foot!

Very Relaxing

Fabulous place to stay! Beautiful area! The sunsets off the dock were spectacular. The kitchen is very well appointed with whatever you might need to cook for a large family. We would definitely stay again if we are back in this area.

Great Stay on Cold Stream

This VRBO was beautiful. Lots of room for entire family. Comfortable beds and one bedroom on first floor for easy accessibility. A bit of a drive out of the Town of Lincoln but Apple Maps shows a short cut that Google Maps did not-allowed getting to town in half the time. Owners were wonderful and communicated well.

House was very nice. Nicely equipped. The owner Jason was extremely responsive and helpful. Right on the lake, felt secluded. I would definitely recommend it.

You Won’t Be Disappointed

Can’t say enough great things about our booking experience and stay on Cold Stream pond. I’ve never had a better host than Jason! Timely responses and extremely accommodating for our needs. The property itself was extremely beautiful, something you dream of having for your own one day. 5 stars 10/10 recommend!

Family Fun

Picture perfect spot to relax & enjoy family time! This vacation home is Awesome, the hosts have literally thought of EVERYTHING to make your stay comfortable & convenient. It is located down a very long dirt road, but once you get there you never have to leave. Local grocery store & other conveniences are a short drive if you do need anything. Great spot for the whole family or if you just want to unplug & relax by yourself. Wish we could have stayed longer than 3 nights to truly enjoy all the benefits of this Beautiful Lake House !

Annual Ice fishing trip

Had a great stay, camp was beautiful and comfortable. All furniture and bedding down to the sheets exceeded any place we have ever stayed in. Ice fishing was a little slow but we caught few nice ones. Following the GPS directions brings you to a camp a 1/2 mile before the 696 Webb Cove Dr. but all camps were clearly marked with signs so just keep going. We do plan on going back.

October 1st Stay

Great lake setting. Nicely appointed. Rooms and beds were great. You have to be ok for multi bedrooms accessing the one bathroom located in the master. The lofted singles being accessed via a pull down attic ladder was an issue. Overall it is a great property, but has a couple of quirks. If you are a smaller group, it likely won't have any impact. We appreciate all of the excellent responses and service from Jason in preparation for our stay.
