Family Vacation

My family of 4 stayed at this location for one week. Beautiful and as advertised! Property manager was extremely responsive from start to finish. The property made you want to stay and enjoy every minute there. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent Stay

Such a beautiful home with a huge deck to enjoy. The lake is pristine. Abundance of everything you need both indoors and outdoors for comfort and enjoyment. The owners were very attentive to all our needs.

Beautiful home- was perfect for the kids

The house was beautiful and very clean! It was well stocked with everything we needed and surpassed our expectations in many ways! I would highly recommend this house to families- our kids are young and the water access, safety, and yard space were all perfect! Air conditioning in every room, outdoor fire pit, large deck, kayaks for use, washer and dryer on site- the list goes on. The Byrd’s make relaxing and simply enjoying this beautiful Maine lake house so easy!

Winter Fun

This property was clean and comfortable. We found the main living area to be much more spacious than photos show and the unpictured mud room was an added bonus as we had lots of winter gear. The woodstove kept us extra cozy and the view of the full moon from the master was awesome. We spent our days out on the ice and ate in family style every night with no need to go into town. Hoping to repeat again next February!

Lovely Lake Stay

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The house was clean and organized, necessities were supplied (towels, soap, kitchen tools, etc). We used the grill provided many evenings, as well as the fire pit for s’mores. Kayaks were available for use, which was great! The yard was clean and spacious. The lake was fabulous! The boat launch was close and it was great to be able to tie it up right at the house. Navigating the lake was easy and it wasn’t crowded, which was nice while bringing the kids tubing. It was truly a lovely visit, beautiful property, and gorgeous lake. Susan responded so quickly when we communicated, which was so appreciated. We would come back again and again!

We thrurolly enjoyed our stay at the 10Cedar Lane house. The house was vetmry clean upon our arrival The furnishings are theamed to a real Maine camp. Everything we could have wanted was provided. Plenty of linens, towels and beach towels. Very large TV with wireless access. A nice large heat pump provided AC and heat (which we used 1 cold damp night). Bedrooms are large with comfortable Queen mattresses. Kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to cook gourmet meals. Very nice large B B Q grill out on the spectacular deck overlooking Long Pond (which by the way has great fishing). We especially loved that there was a dock that we could use for our boat. The owner also provides several Kayaks. We have stayed at a few other VRBO homes in the Lincoln area and this home by far is absolutely the best. The house is very comfortable and enjoyable. We communicated a few times with the owner during our stay and she responded very promptly. You won't be disappointed!! We are looking forward to possibly staying here again next year.
