Updated Private Beach Access Home in Lexington, MI
Newly updated private beach access cottage in Lexington, MI. Beaches are right down the road and can be seen from the house driveway. Home has A/C, ceiling fans, and washer/dryer. Equipped with free Wi-Fi and two smart TV’s with Disney+ and Netflix. One bedroom has King bed. Second bedroom has full sized bunk beds. Solo stove is available for bonfires-guests will need to provide their own wood. Just a few minutes by car to historic downtown Lexington. Basic amenities included to make your stay comfortable. Beach towels also provided.
For an additional cost, we have a 2019 4-5 person golf cart on site you can rent for an additional daily fee to be determine based on season and length of stay. Security deposit to be collected as an additional charge on VRBO and refunded after checkout and review of golf cart. A separate rental agreement will need to be completed by renter for use. Please note, the golf cart can be driven around our sub and the connecting subs but cannot be driven on main roads such as M25 due to not having blinkers and other mandated road approved items.
