Brand New Single Family 5/5 -90ft dock, pool, paddle boards, bicycles plus more!

Welcome to one of the most luxurious properties in Marathon. This home is well equipped and has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with over 4200 square feet of living space. It has two floors with a balcony connected to the master bedroom and a terrace with an outdoor dining table set by the kitchen and living area. The pool is fiberglass and has a heater/chiller depending on the time of the year and we do provide 4 bicycles, and 2 paddle boards.

The property is well furnished and has lots of great finishes inside. This home was recently built in 2021 and is in excellent shape. Each bedroom has a bathroom attached to the room and each room has a smart tv. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, utensils, and cups that you may use freely. The bathrooms has stocked with toilet paper, shampoo & conditioner and basics that you may need during your stay. There are 2 king beds and 2 queen beds with the last room having a sleeper sofa that can be turned into another queen bed. There is a pool table downstairs with a TV so guests can relax by the pool. The laundry room is downstairs and there is a bathroom connected to the pool area incase anyone wants to head there while enjoying the outside area. Some of the furniture in the upstairs living room has been changed and there is an 8 person dining room table inside that has also been ordered but is not pictured yet.

-4 Beach Cruiser Bicycles
-6 Tommy Bahama beach chairs
-2 Stand up paddle boards with paddle
-2 beach umbrellas with cover
-1 set of cornhole for outdoor use by the back area.
-1 bbq with full propane tank for guest use

If you have any questions about the space please feel free to reach out!

Guests will have full access to the house including the pool, dock, garage, and side gate to store a trailer. Please reach out if you have any questions and the only thing that will not be available is the boat lift. The lift will be normally up all the way with the owners boat parked.

Marathon Beauty

This property has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Marathon. It is close to restaurants and grocery stores, and you can walk to Sombrero beach daily. The heated/chilled pool welcomes you anytime, day or night. The bedrooms and ensuites provide fantastic privacy for everyone. The pool area is private and inviting, and set up for lounging and relaxation. Dennis, the property manager is super accommodating, responsive and helpful. We've been to several FLA VRBO's and this property is top of our list. Thank-you Dennis for the wonderful experience.

Boat trip

Beautiful house, great dockage for our boat with easy access to the Atlantic. The pool chiller kept the water temp perfect and refreshing.

Perfect house in a perfect location

Our family has a hard time relaxing on vacation but being in this house allowed us to have a healthy mix of local activities using our house as a “home base” and taking day trips to state and national parks. Plenty of room with a lovely pool, pool table, paddle boards, bicycles, corn hole. It was the ideal spot for our family!

Family and Friends Get Away

We had a great time in Marathon. The house was the perfect size for the 8 of us. Dennis, the house manager, was very helpful and attentive. He answered any and all questions within 15 minutes. We would recommend staying at this property.

Wonderful!

Everything about this rental was great. The house was beautiful and we enjoyed all the amenities = especially the pool, the outdoor seating and the dock for our rental boat and fishing. Dennis was amazing and always responded quickly to any questions we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

A beautiful retreat in Marathon

We had an amazing week! We brought our boat, it was a short ride to the ocean. Snorkeling and fishing were awesome. The house was beautiful and very relaxing around the pool. The kids really enjoyed the pool table. The kitchen and grill were perfect for cooking family dinners. Definitely, one of our best vacations!

Excellent Rental

The house was beautiful with a large kitchen and excellent views. The two decks were perfect for lounging, eating and reading. We used the pool everyday and there was plenty of room on the dock for our rental boat. I would definitely rent this house again. The host, Dennis, was very responsive and helped us with immediately with sone minor requests.

Awesome home and location for our family vacation

This home is spacious and comfortable. The pool, fishing poles/dock, patio and deck were highlights for our family of 10 (ages 0-60). We enjoyed the Bluetooth speaker for the pool area, paddle boards, bikes and beach chairs. The beds are very comfortable and our family appreciated the 5 bathrooms. The kitchen is well-stocked, including both a Kuerig and regular coffee maker. The living room with recliners is perfect for an end-of-day movie. The sunset views were amazing. Highly recommend.

Great Stay to Kick Off 2023!

Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful house in Marathon. From hanging out by the pool to paddleboarding from the boat dock, and exploring Marathon and Sombrero Beach, we truly enjoyed our stay. Dennis was a terrific host and was very helpful when we needed him. We were greeted with some New Year's Eve party hats and Prosecco to kick off our trip and spoiled with a surprise breakfast of local bagels. The house was very clean and easily accommodated our two families. Our trip was terrific and we look forward to returning in the future.

Amazing listing

this listing is amazing. Great location within 1.3 miles of the beach and a mile to Publix. The listing is accurate in what they provide. We did do a lot of cooking at the home. I would like to see more cooking supplies i.e., whisk, baking sheets, cake pan. Property manager was fast to respond to any questions or any problems that arise. Overall, we would stay here again.

Great house/location/host

Everything about our stay was excellent. House is in great location and the heated pool was really nice to have this time of year. We rented a boat and kept it at the dock, which was very convenient. Dennis (host) even stopped by one day to bring us fresh bagels. He was super responsive and accommodating. The house could not have been more perfect for a group of 8 people. It was very nice to have the additional fridge/freezer in the garage. We also enjoyed the cornhole boards and the pool table. We had a fantastic time. If we come back to the area, would definitely stay here again!

This property is located and has some of the best features you will find in a rental. The property is 10 minutes to the open ocean, 5 minute car ride to the beach, and has a heated pool for your enjoyment. The beach chairs and other amenities provided onsite will help you enjoy the full Marathon experience.

I do provide 6 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, 4 beach cruisers, 2 stand up paddle boards, 1 tandem kayak, heated pool in the winter, and great central location to everything in Marathon. The grocery store is down the road and we have access to a local beach and multiple boat ramps.
