Great Property

The property was great and exactly as listed. The communication was quick and easy, and the house was well stocked. The kitchen was great and had everything I needed to make food and coffee. I would definitely stay here again!

Living quarters were great!Suggest to clean the pool area/pool daily. Not a lot of fun sitting/swimming while dodging small piles of bird droppings.

Cool vibe

The property was neat and clean. Everything was fresh - towels and linens. It was walkable to Old Scottsdale. I would recommend this place.

Great stay close to everything

Property is clean. Adequate bedding. Starbucks across the street well within walking distance and Sprouts grocery store. Old Town Scottsdale has lots to offer and is really close to the property as well. We would recommend Marcelino if you like Italian food.

Perfect Location

We hosted my friend's bachelor party here. It was perfect. The amenities were great, we used the pool daily, walked to the bars, and was spacious. We will recommend this to our friends and family for their future stays.

Perfect Accommodations

My group was here for the Phillies - DBACKS playoff series and this was an incredible location. It took us about 30 minutes with traffic to get home which is nothing leaving a stadium during a playoff game. Perfectly located near all bars/restaurants in old town Scottsdale. The owners are responsive and the house had everything you needed. It was clean and well kept. Would definitely stay again on my next trip to the PHX / Scottsdale area!

Spring Training in Scottsdale

Nice condo. Plenty of room for us. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. It's a easy walk to Scottsdale Stadium (just under a mile) if you don't want to hassle with parking. Grocery store near by and restaurants and bars a block or two away. Dedicated parking behind the unit. Easy communications with the property manager. This condo made for a relaxing winter getaway. Thanks!

Adequate unit

The unit is part of an average complex except for a nice pool (unheated). Few furnishings and ceiling lights in three rooms (including two bedrooms) didn’t work. Message to host produced no results

Spent the weekend in Scottsdale with college girlfriends celebrating over 40 years of friendship. The property is in a great location and very walkable to old town Scottsdale ( about a 15 minute walk) and also very close to local grocery store and coffee shops. Upon arrival, there were a few maintenance issues - smoke detector battery was beeping incessantly and batteries for ceiling fan remote for one of the bedroom lights didn't work. Communication with the host and specifically local manager Troy was excellent who immediately responded and came to attend to these issues personally. Troy made the repairs and went out of his way to make us happy and comfortable. The property was exceptionally clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The local street traffic noise can be a little noisy if you are a light sleeper and the other recommendation I would suggest it to make sure all the bedroom closets have hangers. The cleanliness and location to great shopping and restaurants make this an ideal spot for a weekend in Scottsdale!
