Welcome to your perfect desert getaway! This stunning 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is located in the heart of Scottsdale—just minutes from top-rated restaurants, boutique shops, and vibrant local attractions. It’s the ideal home base for families and groups looking to relax, explore, and unwind..

Step inside to find a spacious, open layout with stylish finishes, a pool table for indoor fun, and a kitchen that’s fully equipped for home-cooked meals. Whether you`re lounging by the private pool or enjoying the gorgeous mountain views, this home offers a memorable experience in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood.

The pool is serviced all year for our guests to use as they please! If you would like for the pool to be heated for your stay please notify us in within at least 24 hours of your check-in, this is an additional $100 daily. We are only able to accommodate pool heat requests if it is for the entire duration of the stay and with a minimum of a 3-night reservation.

A $150 trip charge will be applied on top of the pool heat fee should the request be received on the day of check-in or when the trip has already commenced.

Please note that the heating unit at this property is heat pump. The heat pump will only heat this pool ten degrees higher than the ambient air temperature..

The garage at this property is used for homeowner storage, and guests do not have access to it.

- For reservations with 30 nights or more, the standard cleaning fee will be doubled to accommodate a deep clean.

- Early check-in and Late check-out may be accommodated, subject to the property’s availability 24 hours before your scheduled check-in or check-out day. Please note that applicable fees will apply for these requests: $85 for any check-in between 12:00PM to 2:00PM and full night rate for any late check-out.

- Pets are welcome! Each pet is subject to a $250.00 non-refundable pet fee. Fines will apply if pets are not disclosed on your reservation.

- We do not provide propane for the property`s grill/ BBQ. If you need to refill the propane during your stay, please provide us with a photo of the receipt and we will reimburse you in full.

- Please use your preferred streaming log in on any of the Smart TV`s in the home. Please do not forget to log out of your account before departing the home.

- This is a non-smoking property, fines start at $2000.00 for smoking inside the property.

Lots of room. good location. only drawback was the back yard. seems they were trying to grow grass and the springlers left mud/dirt in the pool and on the deck.

Would definitely recommend. House was spacious. Kitchen had lots of dishes, cookware and glasses. Big back yard. Quiet neighborhood. Recommend owner upgrade refrigerator to have ice maker, new/fix cue sticks, and Directv or like service and minor cosmetic things that were broken.

Communication was top notch on this location and they were able to answer any questions I had. The overall experience of the house was great. Clean working BBQ was a plus and made using the pool even better. The kitchen area was big and it was cool to have this furnished with glassware/ utensils / spices etc etc. Convenient 5 min uber from the casino and old town Scottsdale. I would definitely book this place again.

Overall it was a good visit. We were there for work, and working long hours, and didnt notice that the pool was dirty until the day we wanted to use it. Don't think that the filters were running at all and the pool vacuum didn't seem to move. I alerted Prop Mgmt. But it was too late in the day/stay to correct it.However, the house was great. Beds very comfortable, ample pillows, lots of space so no one felt on top of each other. Bathrooms were nice. We had to wash towels/washcloths during our visit due to quantity available, and they had detergent pods there. Kitchen was lovely. Had a WalMart grocery delivery first morning no problem.

The house was beautiful. Very spacious, clean and accommodating for families. The outdoor area was also very spacious and the pool was a good size. Only complaint with the property is at arrival the pool had a layer of dirt on the bottom of the pool and some debris floating on the top of the pool. When we contacted the host about it, they said that they would contact the pool cleaning company to come check it out. The cleaners never showed up and the pool was not cleaned once during our stay, even though the host informed us the pool should have been cleaned twice including the day we arrived. Other than that, the property is a perfect place to stay.

This house was very clean and had pretty much everything we needed. The only down fall is that the pool was not very clean. They came once to clean it and it was still a little dirty plus the pool vacuum was not working and their were no lounge chairs by the pool.

The little things

The pictures are out of date, backyard is no longer grass, just dirt. All the mirrors in bathrooms are hung for some 5’ 2” and shorter. If you’re taller you have to squat to see your hair.She me of the kitchen lights did not work and lights with dimmer were installed upside down.

Good spot for a group golf getaway - ask about the pool first

Overall, a pleasant and relaxing location for a group of five. Nice location and comfortable stay. I would check with the property manager to see what the condition of the pool is in. We ended up paying the extra daily fee for pool heat but the pool was dirty and was not swimmable. The pool vacuum was stuck in one spot and didn't clean the pool. The property owner was responsive and even sent a maintenance person, but he didn't do anything. It was clear that none of us would use the pool so I asked for a refund of the pool fee. They only refunded half. Outside of the pool experience, this was a great stay.

Comfortable Stay for Family of 6

Overall a good stay for our family of 6. A comfortable space for us all, washer & dryer, nice neighborhood. Great location to Scottsdale area. Ion Property very responsive. We chose to pay to heat the pool. Highs were in the 90s and I don’t think the pool temp ever got above 78 or so. Not sure if it was worth it, but we all still enjoyed the pool on the hot days once we got moving.Photos are very outdated and description of amenities could be better. Didn’t have the bean bags/cornhole set. But on a plus they said they didn’t have any pool inflatables when we asked, but the prior guests must have left theirs because the house did have quite a few. Outdoor furniture isn’t new but still comfortable enough and plentiful.

Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay in this house! No problems with check in and the door code worked on first try! Great location..nice, quiet neighborhood. The pool table was a huge hit with our adult children! Very well-stocked kitchen with nice appliances. Large island and plenty of seating in the kitchen. House sleeps 8 easily. Great floor plan for entertaining. The master bedroom is spacious and the bed comfortable. The pool was clean….we bought pool floats and left them at the property so hopefully future guests will enjoy them! We had read a review right before our stay saying there was a pigeon infestation so we were concerned. The property manager said that pest control had been sent out….we had no problems with pigeons during our stay! But there was one pigeon in a nest on the light over the garage door…that bird did not leave that nest during our stay! There are no lounge chairs Around the pool as shown in pictures …not a huge deal…there are other outdoor chairs but lounges would have been nice. We also bought some bath and beach towels to have as there are not many towels provided. We hope to come back to Scottsdale and we definitely would love to rent this property again!

Golf Weekend

Had a golf weekend with friends and wanted a place where we could all be together but with separate bedrooms. The house we stayed in was perfect for our needs. Great location with plenty of things to do, house was clean and comfortable with nice amenities such as a pool table, swimming pool and grill.

Stay was good but not perfect (no good on pool heating)

Overall the interior of the house is nice. Living space is large and clean. There are small fixes here and there but pretty typical for an investment property (it is only a short-term rental property). The kitchen is stocked with supplies and the communication from the property management company was great. The pool table inside was fun and in good condition.Unfortunately I had to contact the property management company multiple times in regards to the pool. Do not rent this house if you are choosing it for the pool!!! They will charge you to heat the pool, but the heat pump is "locked" at a low temperature. The prop management company says pool temp only goes ABOVE 10 degrees ambient temperature, but it was more than 10 degrees BELOW the outside temp. It was above 85 degrees (90 one day) our entire trip and the heat pump gauge never went above 73 degrees. Pretty sure the pool was not even being heated although the pump was on. Had the pool service man look at the pump and he said the "up" button was not working to increase the temp (he could only make the temp go down). Pool is probably perfect if you want to use in the middle of summer in Scottsdale, just don't rely on anything else to heat it but the sun. I will say the property management company did the right thing and refunded the money that I paid to heat the pool. It is just disappointing that this was the case and it seems like others had the same problem.

I suggest you read all the reviews. I wish I paid more attention. I just saw pictures & statements that it is clean & location was great. It was clean & inside was okay. Pool table a plus. Outside, very dated & needs TLC in backyard patio chairs all ripped, & the lounge chairs back ordered (according to past reports) still don’t exist. Pool was dirty when we arrived even though we were told it was cleaned twice a week. House could be stocked better, one towel per person is not enough. I didn’t even bother contacting them other than to say the pool was dirty and definitely pigeons in chimney. After arriving, I searched reviews further, seems they have been told all this & don’t care. Definitely not worth the amount we paid. Pictures are old!
