This property is a 1 bedroom 1.5 bathroom suite located in a prestigious neighborhood of Kennebunkport. You are a short walk to Colony Beach, shops and restaurants and only 1 mile to Dock Square. The living room has a sleeper sofa that can sleep 2 more guests! This is perfect for a couple who is looking to get away for a month or more! Work from home and enjoy a summer in Maine at the same time! This unit is located on the first floor with an elevator to the top floor. Check out the roof top deck with beautiful views of the ocean. This property has a 31 day booking minimum. Max of 1 designated parking spot. All Coastline Vacation Rentals are stocked with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, sponge, and more essentials! Bed linens and bath towels are provided. Guest must your own bring beach towels.
