Sunny studio on the 1st floor, with a charming balcony, overlooking the courtyard
Studio Côté Cour measures 35m². The sleeping area has two super comfortable single beds and a 3rd which slides out if needed, a good sized wardrobe, TV and a colonial style ceiling fan. There is a dining corner and a fully fitted kitchen with an electric cooker and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, dinnerware and of course pots and pans. Bathroom with large shower, washbasin & toilet. We offer free Wifi access.
A covered balcony with café table overlooks the courtyard. An ideal place for breakfast, or for your apéritif in the late afternoon sun.
Our kitchens offer a basic stock of coffee & tea. Bathrooms will have bathmats and cleaning products. Iron & board available as well as a baby bed and high chair (free upon request). Shared laundry room with washing machine (free of use) and use of the garage to store your beach gear, bicycles and other sports equipment. Small pets are welcome (max. 1).

As a ceramic artist, I divide my time between the Netherlands and Fisherman's house in Mèze, where I have recently set up my studio on the groundfloor. My husband and I bought this very old house in 2006 and after major renovations, we have had a lot of success renting out our 2 self-contained studios on the 1st floor of the house. I am using VRBO for the rentals since January 2023 and I look forward to meet you!

We couldn't help falling in love with this quirky old house, which is ideally situated just behind the busy harbour with its many restaurants and terraces. The 2 sandy beaches are both within a 5 minute walk and there is nothing better than that early morning swim. Don't need a car either, as everything is within walking distance. The local market offers the best local produce you can find. In short, it is a lovely little town!
