Soulful Getaway. Private & peaceful studio nestled on a gated property with over 100 different plant varieties in the heart of historic Shenandoah. This is a very quiet property, ideal for a true disconnect. The studio is for 1 person. [No overnight guests allowed. For a party vibe, look elsewhere.] This is the 'other' Miami vibe - calm, relaxed, immersed in nature. Various bird varieties fly through the area, and there are outdoor kitties on the property. Neighbors are quiet, mature, professional, chill and considerate of others.
The studio is bright, comfortable, cozy & inviting. Wood floors, large windows. Brand new pillow top mattress, and new smart TV. Bathroom fully renovated with porcelain floors & a rain shower, barn door access. New ceiling fan + A/C unit -- both with remotes. Small herb garden. Outdoor seating under the beautiful mango tree. Laundry on property. 1 parking spot inside property (with remote).
Steps from shaded walkways on historic 13th Avenue, bordering the Roads, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Vizcaya and Coral Gables. Minutes from Downtown, Wynwood, Little Havana (Calle Ocho/8th Street).

$100 weekly cleaning fee
