This fantastic location situates you within walking distance of several restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores. The Pompano Beach Airpark is four miles away, while downtown and the Pompano Community Park are less than five miles from home. Guests can find 24-hour entertainment less than five miles away at Seminole Casino Coconut Creek. Spanning just three miles in length and 900 feet in width, the charming town of Hillsboro Beach is a short drive away.

This beautiful and quiet area is perfect for those who love nature. There are several parks in the area, including Quiet Waters Park and the Arboretum at Constitution Park. The Deerfield Beach & Pier is a popular spot for fishing, and the Town Center at Boca Raton is a great place to shop and dine. The Pompano Amphitheater is a beautiful venue for concerts and other events, and Fort Lauderdale is also nearby.

Your enclosed backyard offers plenty of great outdoor space to unwind with a large lawn, an in-ground private pool, and a poolside dining area. Upon entering this delightful escapade, the dining area is the first spot you will encounter - it boasts generous seating at the dining table with views of the front yard. Spend entertaining evenings at home, streaming a favorite series or movie on the smart TV in the living room, furnished with an extensive and inviting sofa. From here, you can either access the screened sunroom with a sectional overlooking the pool or the full kitchen.

The primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom and access to a laundry room with a washer/dryer. The bunkroom is the most spacious bedroom in the house, with a foosball table and an en suite bathroom.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
