This condo was recently renovated and is absolutely beautiful. New kitchen appliances, bathrooms, floors, 60-inch flat screen TV in the living room and 42-inch in the master bedroom. And much more. Without doubt one of the nicest units in all of Timbercreek. This front-row condo, right on the creek, has some of the best views on the whole marsh side of the island. Better views than most houses--at a fraction of the cost. Bring your binoculars to watch the nearby osprey nest that produced two chicks this year. You can see it from spacious screened porch off the living room and an open deck adjacent to the master bedroom. Bring your fishing pole to catch dinner just outside the door. Plenty of blue crabs too, just waiting to be steamed. Guests also can use the Timbercreek swimming pool for free. Do we sound like we're raving about the place? We are!
