Welcome to your home away from home in a new, upscale, and highly desirable neighbourhood! This new 700 sq ft suite is situated in the safe neighbourhood of Aberdeen, just 4.5 km from the Royal Inland Hospital, downtown, and from TRU. Ideally situated for a day trip to Sun Peaks Ski Resort. You'll appreciate the peaceful setting of the location, while still being just minutes away from excellent shopping, restaurants, and entertainment in Aberdeen. Here, you truly get the best of both worlds! Registry # H314290774

During your stay, enjoy complimentary high-speed wifi, a Smart TV, a cozy fireplace, treats, games, puzzles, and free parking. Additionally, you'll have convenient access to nearby parks and green spaces, perfect for outdoor activities in a picturesque setting. The longboard park and cross country skiing are a short distance away.

Please note that smoking, vaping, drugs, and pets are strictly prohibited on the premises. This property is also not suitable for infants and toddlers. We have shift workers upstairs.

The fully equipped kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances, dishes, cookware, baking equipment, a toaster, and all necessary utensils. We also provide oil, vinegar, spices, sugar, creamers, teas, cocoa, and organic coffee. In the bathroom, you'll find towels, a hair dryer, as well as basic toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, and shower gels. We offer hot water on demand and provide an in-suite washer/dryer with detergent and softener included. The bedroom boasts a comfortable queen-sized mattress, while the living room offers a sofa bed with a plush mattress topper. The suite has its own private entry, accessed via a set of 15 stairs. Please note that this home is not suitable for parties or events, and only registered occupants are allowed overnight stays. There is ample parking space available.

For your comfort, we also provide two additional heaters. In colder seasons, you can snuggle up on the couch by the cozy fireplace with a hot drink and a book from our shelf. And in the warmer months, you can enjoy the coolness of the basement suite.

Lock door and close/lock windows when leaving the suite. Take out garbage on departure day and please leave clean dishes behind. Check folder/basket.

Use hood fan when cooking. Pull out toaster from underneath kitchen cabinets when in use. Boil the kettle away from cabinets. They damage the vinyl.

Great home away from home

Our family went to Kamloops for my husband to attend TRU for a lab course. This basement suite was so nice and comfortable and made our stay with 2 year old and newborn so easy. We will definitely be staying again when we come to Kamloops.

Perfect

This was the perfect suite for me and my daughter while we were visiting Kamloops for a swim meet. Everything was new and clean and comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed.

lovely basement apartment

lovely clean modern basement apartment. Comes with a lot of rules so didn’t feel like we could relax as much as we would have liked! But that’s probably us in the fact that we would always treat the rental as if it were our own home and leave it as we found it ! otherwise no problems would recommend if staying in Kamloops .

This place is really beautiful and clean, Natalija is an amazing host who pays attention even to small details, thank you so much for that special extra for my daughter bday, you are awesome, now I know why your place has 10/10. I have nothing negative to say, my stay was perfect and I would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in a safe and quiet place in Kamloops.

All the Comforts of Home

This one bedroom suite is exactly as shown in the photographs. Kitchen is massive and well equipped with utensils, pots, spices, teas and coffee. Natalija, our host, was easy to contact and quick to respond. The electric fireplace added charm and warmth. Location convenient to all that Kamloops offers.

I like the outdoors, and summer is my favourite season! I enjoy meeting people, travelling, and exploring new places. I like an international cuisine and to try new foods. Gardening, kayaking, biking, hiking, and cross country skiing are some of my outdoor activities.

It is a safe, serene and quiet, brand new upscale neighbourhood, away from the downtown noise, and yet so close to it! Everything is within 10 to 15 minutes drive. The views from up here are amazing, and if you are in the right place at the right time, you will see deer and cows behind the fence coming by to say hello :)

Access to nature is a few steps away! The air is fresh and clean. Baseball, soccer, a playground and longboard park, walking trails, and cross country skiing are a few minutes drive. I love it here!
