The home is locatedthirty-two miles from Yosemite, twelve minutes from the quaint town of Mariposa, thirty-five miles from Bass Lake and numerous wineries, golf courses and day hikes in-between! The Wild Turkey Lookout is a great place to embark on an adventure or a place to relax and be cozy among the heritage oaks and the Wild Turkeys that often gobble through the property.

Nice house in the Wilderness. It lived up to its name with wild turkeys walking up the driveway. Very comfortable bedding. Great place for a family to relax after a day at Yosemite.

Best kept secret in mariposa!!

My best friend and I staid at wild Turkey lookout for our very special trip to Yosemite. The house is about an hour give or take from the park but you hardly notice the drive because the scenery is so breathtaking. The house offers French press and a coffee maker, there is also a cute coffee shop less than 15 mins down the hill. Kitchen is complete with nearly any cookware you could need including food processor and blender. Bathroom had complementary necessities clean fresh towels and robes. The beds were extremely comfortable. We have no complaints!!!
