We have scheduled maintenance for the pool every Wednesday morning between 6-9am. Scheduled lawn maintenance every other Tuesday. Please don't be alarmed if you see them. They won't need to enter the house.
By booking you agree that you have read & agree to comply with all the rules under House Rule section. If any of these rules are not followed, we do reserve the right to charge additional fees up to termination of stay or eviction. We do thank you in advance for helping us make your stay as pleasant as possible.
