Conveniently located on the north end of the island, you’re a short walk from one of the longest fishing piers off the coast of NC, Seaview Fishing Pier. The calm, tranquility of North Topsail Beach provides its visitors the perfect place for those looking to come to the beach, but relax away from the hustle and bustle. Panoramic ocean views are prominent throughout the entire house with private balconies leading from the living area, as well as multiple bedrooms. This unit has been updated to make your stay as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. The living room has a large flatscreen TV, plenty of seating both in the living room and dining area, and large floor to ceiling windows to enjoy the view while you’re making lasting memories with your family and friends.

This home has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. Guests enter on the ground floor into the foyer and proceed up the stairs to the second floor. On the second floor you will find an oceanfront bedroom with a queen bed, and bathroom, which opens onto the lower deck. Each room has a TV and closet. Proceed down the hallway and you will find another bedroom with a double bed, as well as a twin bed. Next door to this room is a large bathroom with a laundry area, and a full-sized washer and dryer. Down the hall you will find the third spacious bedroom, with a queen size bed, twin foldout futon, and closet. As you walk up to the main level, (top floor) you will be welcomed by the light filled open-concept kitchen and living room. Here, you can relax with the beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean and Seaview Pier. The dining area and kitchen with bar seating are open to the living room and everyone can enjoy meals together with ample seating. The dining room table seats 8 people and the bar seats 3. Beside the kitchen is the master bedroom with a king-sized bed and private master bathroom with a walk-in shower and jetted tub.

‘A Pole in the Air’ is a short walk from North Topsail Beach’s restaurants, shops, and North Topsail Beach Town Park, and 10 miles south to Surf City. North Topsail Beach Town Park has two tennis and pickleball courts, a basketball court, and a playground! The Seaview Fishing Pier, which can be viewed from the home's balcony, features king mackerel fishing, a tackle shop, and restaurant. The pier is open seasonally from March through November.

For entertainment high speed internet is provided as well as Cable. Guests may login to their streaming accounts on the Roku TVs.

There is a keyless entry lock on the entrance door. Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. There are no keys and no need to check in or out at the office. Guests will be emailed and texted their door code prior to their check-in. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, no stress, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive.
