As our guest you will get access to plenty of amenities that the Residence offers:

• The rooftop Pool (only open from May-September. From Memorial Day to Labor Day) please note, 2 bands are provided per unit. $10 per extra band is charged.
• Paid parking is available. (Parking is only available until 11:00 pm)
• Concierge: is 24/7 (Friday and Saturday). Every other day is from 7-11 pm (Check in time)

Crystal Flats is anchored at the center of the best transportation network in the Washington, DC area, you will be downtown in minutes.

Getting Around:
Walking distance of Reagan National airport (one stop from the station), the Crystal City and Pentagon City Metro stations, and the Virginia Railway Express.

Other Things to Note:
Furthermore, to ensure an optimal experience during your stay, we would give you a Welcome kit as a courtesy on the day of your arrival, which includes some basics products for the personal care and for cooking

Please note that there is some construction going on in the Crystal City area, which may generate some noise during the day and night. Thank you very much for your understanding!

We do not provide wash cloth.

Please note that the HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles, to comply with environmental regulations. Heating in full operation (Oct 15 - May 1) AC in full operation (May 15 - Oct 1) Between transitions, the operation of the HVAC is at the discretion of the building association according to the outside temperature.
