Bluetique Villa is centrally located in the coveted Blue Cay Estate inside a double gated safest community in Leeward. The open indoor/outdoor living space, with floor to ceiling windows throughout, brings in the fresh sea breeze and sunlight. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom and private deck. Dip in the private saltwater pool or swim in the canal off your own private dock. A floating dock allows for quick pick ups for excursions , snorkeling or paddleboarding to the mangroves to see the island's nursery of sea life. Cook in the fully stocked kitchen, barbeque freshly caught fish from the day or make a pizza in the Ooni pizza oven. Enjoy all your meals outside in the outdoor dining area and then relax under the stars by the firepit. Only a 7 minute drive to Grace Bay for the restaurants and the #1 Beach in the World, Grace Bay. A 7 minute drive to Long Bay Beach for the year round great winds for Kite Surfing. A 15 minute walk to Sunset Beach, some days you might have the whole beach to yourself! After an 8 minute walk to Blue Haven Resort you can watch all the yachts and boats pull into the marina for the day while sipping on a coffee and eating a fresh pastry. Perfect for families looking to unwind, create some one of a kind memories and have some fun adventures.

We moved to Turks and Caicos five years ago after falling in love with the island after multiple visits. We built this villa with the intention of only being here part time, but once we settle in ,we decided to live here 9 months a year. The beauty as well as the people have kept us here and we now call TCI our home. We kept our home in the US and travel back there many times throughout the year. We decided to start renting our villa while we are away because we want to share this beautiful villa with people that will appreciate it as much as we do!
