The space
This cute Kanab Home is ideal for families or groups looking to explore all that southern Utah has to offer. Located on a large lot with trees in Kanab's largest neighborhood, you will be central to Zion Bryce, the North Rim of the Grand Canyon National Parks, Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park, the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument, Lake Powell and so many local hikes.

Sleeping up to 6 in three bedrooms, our home has a bedroom doubling as an office with computer desk office chair and adjustable euro lounger, there is also an extra large couch for a 7th guest.

There is room for everyone with two dining areas, a large kitchen and front and back yard patios. The oversized master bedroom with is king sized bed has an master bathroom with tub and walk in shower. Each of the guest bedrooms has a king sized bed and there is a futon in the office as well.

With a fully stocked kitchen, you will be able to prepare huge meals for everyone and dine inside or on our patio with infinity views. Since Kanab typically has over 300 days of sunshine, you will evening on the patio as well

No need to over pack for your trip since you will have access to our full sized washer and dryer with all the needed laundry supplies.

Need to work, school or just stream your favorite shows? Our fiber optic based internet connection is brought right into the office and available throughout the house. Speaking of entertainment, you'll find a 65 inch smart TV in the home and a monitor/TV you can use in the office.

The really good news? All of the beds, mattresses, and linens are going to be brand new! The mattresses will be king-sized Zinus 12 Inch Green Tea Memory Foam Mattress / CertiPUR-US Certified.
