Sparkling clean accommodations.

We stayed here for Spring 2024 UA graduation. It’s a short drive to campus. The neighborhood is very quiet, though Main Ave is a little busy during the day. The best quality of the house is that everything (I mean everything) is recently updated and clean. Beds are memory foam and very comfortable. A/C works well so it was cool. There are also fans in every room. Kitchen is decently equipped. Parking is off street and plentiful. I’d suggest adding a few end tables in the living room and a few more seating options. Otherwise, it was great.

Wonderful Stay!

We were in T-town for the A-Day game and had a wonderful stay at this fabulous house. It was perfect for our group. We would definitely use this place again!

I would stay here again but...

We had a nice stay at this property. It was very convenient to the University of Alabama. Quiet and family friendly neighborhood. Ample parking and living space within the rental to accommodate our group of 11 adults. One complaint: There are only two bathrooms in this listing and when we arrived we noticed that the tub in the front bathroom was not draining properly between showers. Tough for the rest of us to utilize one shower the rest of the weekend. We told the owner the morning it was noticed and no contact was made to help with the situation. Two suggestions: Hooks need to be added in the bathroom and/or bedrooms to hang wet towels End tables would be nice in the living room to be able to set down your coffee, tea, water, etc while visiting.

Alabama Vs Tennessee Family Weekend

This was a great location for our family weekend! Easy access to the campus and stadium and stores. House looks as described in the pics, super nice place, more than enough space for everyone! We’d definitely book here again!

Parents weekend stay

Very nice house and convenient to campus - far enough away that u weren’t in the middle of everything but close enough to be there in less than 10 minutes. Owner was great to communicate with. Only suggestion would be to have dish towels and pot holders in the kitchen. Everything else was great. Stayed with another family and each family had our own bathrooms which was nice. Beds were very comfy too.
