We love the "Whoa!" reactions from our guests at they drive up the mountain road to this premiere vacation home! It's on 36 kid and pet-friendly acres, with breathtaking views of the mountainous Hill Country. There's even a cave to explore at the top of the mountain! Even with its country setting, you won't be isolated; towns like Utopia and Bandera are close, and it's within half an hour of Garner State Park and the Lost Maples and Hill Country State Natural Areas.

Handsome woodwork and natural light welcome you to the interior of Hill Country Utopia! There's a roomy living area and dining area, for starters. Cooks love the food prep area here, with ample space and appliances, including a waffle iron, blender, and crock pot. Mealtimes are a snap with cooking ware, dining ware, utensils, and glasses. Tech amenities include smart TVs, Wifi, and a dedicated work station. In the mood for some low-tech fun? There are board games, too! Comfort is assured with central air, heating, and ceiling fans. There's even a laundry room on-site for your convenience.

With three bedrooms downstairs and one in the loft, there are restful sleeping accommodations for up to ten guests at Hill Country Utopia (seven people downstairs and three upstairs; the spiral staircase may challenge the mobility impaired). Between the master and the shared bedroom downstairs, there are two full baths (master has a shower/tub combo, and the shared bathroom has a shower), with an additional half-bath upstairs. Every bed and bathroom includes clean, comfortable towels and linens!
