Quito is one of the few cities in the world with an exceptional climate all year long. The temperature ranges from 68-70 F during the day to 45-52 F at night.

An amazing accommodation alternative is staying in a light, bright, clean apartment in Quito Ecuador, that is close to everything! 24/7 security guard and security cameras.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor in a modern building, only a short walking distance from Carolina Park and terrific shopping, and is surrounded by the hottest cafes, restaurants, and night clubs. You'll soon discover that you are in one of the best and most secure areas of Quito, very close to the JW Marriot, walking distance to Swissotel and Plaza Foch.

The apartment has a living room and dining room area, two bedrooms with large closets, two bathrooms, a kitchen. A washer and dryer are also included. One bedroom has a queen bed, and the other has two twin beds. The bathrooms have bath towels for your use, and the kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking and dining needs, including utensils.

In addition to all of this, wireless high speed internet, local phone calls, and local TV channels and Netflix connections, you can use your own Netflix account.

Lovely apartment. Nice location and very well equipped.

Rocio has been by far the most helpful and accommodating person we have rented from. She went out of her way to set tours and rides up. When I became ill she arranged for her driver to bring me to the hospital. He stayed with us as long as we needed. Both of her drivers are wonderful. You cannot find a better place.

Comfortable and convenient location

I enjoyed my stay here - it was like it showed in the pictures. And the location was great - easy to walk to lots of restaurants, parks, etc. I even found a great manicure place right around the corner. Had all the amenities needed. I really appreciate the owner worked with me on letting me stay until 9 pm since I had a red eye flight.

Our home in Quito

First of all our landlord is a professional; she was without a doubt helpful and attentive. Before the booking she wanted to help with any concerns about the city and country. She moved through the tasks of booking, to our requests for adventure to having an English speaking driver waiting at the airport for us. When we arrived at the apartment not knowing where to find provisions at first we wondered, until we entered the apartment to find a welcome package of fruits, breakfast items and most important coffee a waiting. Like I said this landlord is on point and attentive. Every few days while we were on our vacation we would receive an email asking if we needed anything what so ever to make our vacation hassle free. The bottom line is the apartment is nice, in a safe location, the landlord is great to work with and you will have fun once you determine you will stay with her.

Wonderful Home Away from Home!

This apartment is truly a steal. My grandparents and I stayed here for 2 weeks and having this apartment made our trip so much more relaxing. It is in a great location- walking distance from the Mariscal. Rocio & Marta think of EVERYTHING. The apartment is beautifully furnished and has wifi and a computer. There is a laundry machine and it comes stocked with a great breakfast. Wonderful apartment!!!!

Our home away from home in Quito

First time to Ecuador and our home away from home in Quito was the highlight of our trip in Sept 2014. The owner Ricio was a pleasure to deal with and responded promptly to any concerns or questions we had. What you read in the condo description and see in the photos is what you get plus a whole lot more. The view of the mountains from her condo was spectacular and been a corner unit we could see down to the 2 streets. On arrival a key was waiting for us at the front desk in the lobby and her contact person Neil in Quito showed us around the condo and gave us his contact info if we should need him and he arranged a taxi for our early morning departure. In addition he stocked the kitchen with eggs, bread, butter, orange juice, milk, coffee, fresh oranges and apples for our next morning breakfast. The condo is next door to the Spanish Embassy making it easier for the taxi driver to find. You can walk to the shopping malls with its food court and super max grocery store or take a taxi for $1. It was a trip of a lifetime to this wonderful country and many thanks to Ricio for making it happen. I would recommend this condo to my family and friends and it was a bargain compared to the hotels. The location is perfect and only a few dollars anywhere in town by taxi or 25c by bus. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip.

Great Apartment.

We stayed here before and after our land trip to Galapagos. The location is superb within walking distance to restaurants and night clubs. Less than 15 minutes walk to Artesanal Mercado and Mariscal district. About 2 dollars taxi to old town Quito and and Iñaquito Market. The apartment is nicely furnished. 24 hours security. Martha is a lovely lady. On a side note: We were supposed to travel to Quito and the Galapagos in 2013. Didn't know that Ecuador requires Passport to be valid for at least 6 months before they let you in the country. Had to cancel the trip at the last minutes. Rocio refunded our money even though she was not required to do so. Thanks Rocio!

Excellent property, management and location

Awesome place any time in Quito

This apartment is very well located, close to everything, restaurants, Plaza Foch, we really had an awesome time in Quito and we enjoyed our stay in this apartment. We joined some of our friends in Quito and their apartment that they rented was very poor furnished and expensive, this apartment is the best place for your vacation time. I don't know where to begin.... The apartment was perfect. Very close to everything. I can not thank you enough for all you had done for us. The accommodations were very comfortable. Un lugar perfecto!

Estimada Rocío: ya nos encontramos de regreso en nuestra casa despues de haber hecho un hermoso viaje por Ecuador. Hemos disfrutado de nuestra estancia en el departamento de Quito que usted nos rentó. No solamente no tenemos ninguna queja sino que excedió nuestras espectativas en cuanto a comodidades y servicios.
